@@habilamouloud8437 I have seen many bboys that can do each move without knowing V-sit or flare. For me strength is easier and less painful to be built. So yes. I learned V-sit and therefore flare was much easier.
I would not say exact reps. Everyone is different and needs to work differently. But I would not spend over 20 minutes for vsit. If you are in good shape. 20 minutes for 3 days per week should be enough! Eventually you will get it!
