That's awesome. I have personally always loved Dvieng, though the funny thing was the developer struggled to sell at the time of launching the project.
Both options look great. Even if a person doesn't need the second bedroom, its nicer to have a bigger living space. Noted no pets are allowed at the pool - does that mean pets are allowed in this building?
Great question, but the no pets signs by the pool seems to be pretty standard around nearly all condos, but at the same no it is not pet friendly. Sorry!
