Please don’t buy.. they don’t have proper service for their own product. This is second time I’m waiting for service, it’s been 6 days with no updates. First time, I waited for 8 days, no one visited my home at all
Such a bad experience with the Urban company. Ironically the company whose main business model is to provide quality service, is not able to fulfill its own product delivery and installation. 1) I ordered their water purifier first of all it took 4 days to diliver, in comparison the Amazon retailer was deliverying it in 1 day. 2) It's literally so difficult to reach the customer support, as every fuc_ing time they are busy. And they will respond after 5,6 hr. And end the chat within a few mins. 3) It's been 3 days since the delivery is done, yet no one has arrived to install. They have rescheduled it twice now again they are asking to reschedule it again after 4 days.
Useless purifier. It reduces TDS a lot, most useless app as well which doesn't show proper TDS and TDS in purifier is also very low compared to other purifiers.
