Hi .i am sure you doing most of it but the advice i can give is -advertisment on main stream sites -contact local building companies and ofer you services and ofer them a %10 finders fee per job you do and you can add that to your usual price as you are more likeley to get the job as you would be recmmend by said contator so it wouldnt be any loss to your botom line . -contact flooring suplyers and ofer your services . -contact estate agents and ofer to refresh/resand existing floors or to suply and fit new ones . -advertise in local shops ,churches ,forum ect. -when you do a job put pamflets on the naighbours post letting them know you doing a job or done on x door number and if they would be intrested on a free quotation for their floors . Thats all i can suggest.
