Oh my gosh P. Rex you could not have made a better video at a better time! My team just adapted to a 6-week cycle this year and this past week talked about implementing a Shape Up agile model. Awesome and totally true points around burnout man - that’s something we’ve been trying to address and avoid. As well getting ahead of and shaping the work.
