Best way to confirm Endotracheal intubation. Stop being Lazy. 

If the way to intubate is through direct laryngoscopy then confirm with the same method. Sweep the endotracheal tube in the mouth to the left side of the mouth and insert the blade and follow the path of the endotracheal tube. Faster than yelling or searching for an endotracheal tube or looking for misting from the side of the tube or chest rise. Best way to confirm correct placement or esophageal intubation. Stop the laziness people. Stop it. No attending should be asking is the tube in. I just go confirm it myself.
