Great tutorial. Now I know why I failed trimming my son's earlier. I grabbed it tight and used whole trimmer blade. I thought using edge might cut the skin but will try tomorrow. Thank you for your priceless tips 😃 ❤
Your hair cut guide tutorials are awesome. Good and clear explanation. Even in USA i see many hair stylists ( who even have certification and working in costly salons ) don't use proper techniques in hair cutting which are very simple as shown by you in your videos..
Awesome! Thank you for all the education videos, I've really learned so much from them. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to film these videos. It's always great, as a cosmetologist, when I get the chance to further educate myself.
I wish you did a vid on doing this ourselves. Thinking of using a less intimidating body hair trimmer there and the nape! With the clippers, Ive accidentally cut long parts of the nape!
We would recommend that you locate a Redken Artist in your area. Most Redken Artists have attended extensive training with Sam Villa himself or with the techniques that Sam uses. They are highly skilled and they will be able to help with your hair / any hair challenges! You can use the link below to locate a Redken Stylist or a Redken Elite Salon in your area! could you do a mens natural curly hair cut? I need to learn to cut the lengths equal and it would be super helpful of just a curly hair cut on men, and with framing around the face!! love your videos so so much!!
Hi there... as you have noticed, we don't have any clipper fading tutorials at the moment. There are many many different ways to approach fades. We recommend watching many different techniques and trying them first on a mannequin to see which one works best for you.
Thanks Andrew for adding the" super short female guest" into the last bit. Its time to stop "genderizing" our haircuts. Base them on length and time. Appreciate that:)
It's not an "SJW" comment, gender roles really pretty shitty. It's like being expected to pay for every date you go on, because it's "a thing men should do". Or being told to "man up" when you're facing difficulties. Usually women get judged for having short hair. Just like you may appreciate a woman going against gender roles so you are treated equally, (e.g. treating you to dinner, being the main earner of the family) women may appreciate the hair stylist being more inclusive with hairstyles. Gender equality isn't an "SJW" thing! And SJW isn't really a good term because it lumps the shitty people with people that actually want a better world. It's like saying "wow fucking conservative Trump supporter" to describe racist and homophobic people. Maybe it describes them, but they aren't bad people because they're a Trump supporter, it's because they're racist and homophobic.
