Accent in this make me smile, I will forever refer to spirals as spirels from now as it sounds so much better ;) these will be great in my hair as it's very long, thick and curly, my hair also refuses to ever look neat and tidy so these will embrace that better than umpteen hair bands and kirby grips! Xx
Yes, great idea. I agree with you, plus my locks are still too short so I can't tie them up with themselves and I don't enjoy elastic bands either for the reasons you mentioned :)

+Logan Demerest Look into wool dread extensions. Then your dreads will look "mature" while they are growing so you can skip the awkward phase. If you're going the "all natural" route, though, then I can understand why you wouldn't want extensions! Just an idea :)
