Vulture can be good, but sadly those flying ship parts around stations and in asteroid belts have visual bug not rendering until you basically hit them... 4 fill 36SCU in Vulture, and one needs like 15-20min to finish those... So it's like 1.5-2mil per hour ;)
I'll sound like a conspiracy nut, but i think they made them like that intentionally to determine people to grind and do ship contracts :)). Those panels worked great before the patch 😅.

Hey! Don’t talk about my Vulture like that! You can still make good money with the Vulture doing the personal cleanup missions. And scraping hulls is good for my ptsd.
VHRT are still very much viable. You just need to be willing to leave loot on the ground and hunt those whale c2s full of maze/gasping. day 2 of the patch i pulled 22mil off of 1 c2. So it is still way over tuned. I would say the best fix is to remove the insane variablity. Set a hard cap on how many scu of weevil/maze can be found. I dont think more than 1-2mil should be able to be found on these ships, and that should be rare.
great video. Finally new computer and trying to get going Glad to hear your thoughts on the vulture. For mining solo. Would you recommend mining ship above the ROC? from what i keep seeing it seems like the prospector fills up so fast?
Workaround for vulture users, don't " 3d print" you buffer into scu boxes. Instead, you fill your buffer and sell that buffer at refinery stations. Go to the "sell ore" terminal and make more money than most prospectors. Biggest advantage here is, unlimited sell/ no demand limits. Enjoy, and God speed.
@GrumpyEye yeah! Just land and or store your vulture just like you would a prospector. On the refinery deck, to the left of the refinery job kiosks is the sell raw ore kiosks. The buffer inventory shows up like the raw ore on any mining vehicle. Also some weird items show up too. (Like ammonium and Quantainium gases?) Doesn't show on refinery job kiosks and doesn't work for Reclaimer. I've tried. Don't know if it's a bug or "feature" lol.

I'm pretty sure he said he was done exclusively covering star Citizen. Seems to me he has kept his word and he is reviewing lots of other games. It doesn't mean he can't still provide updates on Star Citizen.
Nice video overall but i have to disagree about the Vulture. You are not f****d ! Of course all players can't afford a Reclaimer and the Vulture is still a good option and great money maker. I think you forgot to talk about the 80k missions very fast to do around Yela. And i don't understand how you can do on an other side the 250k ones with the hammerhead as you can't fracture it with the Vulture. I made so much money in a few time with the 80k missions then sell the construction materials on Orison. (or Grim Hex) And even without this mission it's a good money maker overall. About trading, a good trading route fast and easy is the one on Microtech where you can buy gold on Shubin Mining Facility SM0-18 and sell it on New Babbage.
You completely destroy the ship for a material worth less money than scraping gets. The kicker being that you can break and collect a ship in 5-10 minutes, including pushing boxes out if your fast, and be on to the next WAYYYY quicker than you can scrape a ship. So in reality the much quicker, less effort by far, method of munching actually makes a lot more money per hour. Dunno why the guy above said its like mining, its nothing like it. All you do is point and click one time to destroy and one more time point and click to collect, with minor adjustments in position to collect more or less.
Ah... Le sigh... You wait for something to come in to game, and it's not quite what you were sold. OK ok... Its tier 0 and the screws were tightened. Then you find that doing that thing earns almost too much money for it. Nerf waiting to happen and with the lack of things to buy, kinda cuts that feeling of having earned. But that's OK, because you can't actually sell because every man and his dog are doing it. Well... At least the Vulture is more feature complete.... Oh.... OK... Back to mining then
Getting stupid rich in SC is exactly that: Stupid. Making money with nothing to spend it on is pointless. If you can afford an 890 after a day, what's the incentive to keep playing? All the actual fun you can have, you can have withe very little money.
I think the construction material prices will get a major nerf. Makes no sense to be able collect that much material so quickly and have it worth so much. Should be in the hundreds of credits/SCU not 6000...
It'll get nerfed. The only reason it makes a lot of money right now is because it's new and they want people to test it. When they want players to test something else they'll nerf salvage, and make the new thing the new money maker.
That's fair. But it has to be lucrative enough to still get people to do it. Like the bounty missions are crap without the loot. Remove the loot and I wouldn't do them.
Can you do one for poor people I only have an avenger titan and 100k my starter ship trying to get my money up so I can finally get one of these ships so I can make the BIG BUCKS
Hmm...I melted my Cutty Black and upgraded to the Vulture, and now I'm making more aUEC in game than I ever have. Within a day I had earned enough to buy, in game, a Corsair and an Eclipse. It was all stress free money, no need for keeping my head on a swivel to avoid getting ganked. Genuinely enjoying the Salvage loop and the Vulture.
Haters gonna hate but not all of us have $400 or 15,000,000 aUEC at the ready for a Reclaimer. Vulture is still great IMO, doing the 80K missions, scraping, fracturing, emptying buffer and collecting again. Takes about 30 mins and has yielded me around 250k per run (80k reward included), which IMO, is very good if you're not rich enough RL or IG for the Reclaimer.

Seems that you liked something that was said but didn't agree on all of it if you still coming back to comment on it, Just write what parts you dont agree and do agree on then.
