Apparently, Active Campaign has included a new CRM app, the name of which I forget. I am looking for a tutorial on how AC now provides a more sophisticated CR experience with this new integration. I purchased the bundle including the new crm, but I see nothing about the upgrade to AC

I don't understand how you added a custom field for an action they took. And can you add custom data after they have become a contact? If they go to a page and fill out additional information can that get added to the crm? Or how about before they've submitted the form? Example. Say you have a 3 step optin form. Page 1 asks for their name (submit) Page 2 asks for phone submit Page 3 asks for email then this gets all 3 data points added to the crm
Hey Anthony! Yes, you can add new custom data at any time after a contact is added to your system. And the 3-step opt-in scenario you describe is totally possible. Depending on the software you're using, it might require multiple forms and they would need the ability to connect to Active Campaign via API.

Hey Andy! I have not used Zoho CRM so I don't have an opinion on it specifically. That's because I've been successfully producing results with Active Campaign for the past 7 years - if it ain't broke, don't fix it right? There have definitely been times earlier in my career when I spent more time 'playing with all the tools' but these days I prefer to do what works. I have on my list to explore Go High Level at some point but in 2+ years in the Automation Bridge community, I haven't heard anyone talk about Zoho CRM as a serious option. I hope that helps!
