At first I thought, wow they have passion. Then I was all like wait... why is he walking? After that I thought... oh right they walk around and then do the lift. OMG OMG OMG THEY'RE GUNNA DO IT! the dance was really amarture. the lift perfect but l smiled still in the end because l thot its just perfect the couple put their heads together to do something and dd it to the end.....two of you are going places because you are a team.

That lift was legit perfect. It's the only one I've seen on RU-vid that was held out and her body position was steady. Not shaky or awkward looking. Good on ya!

@kristabell33 Thanks! It means a lot to these guys... They read all the posts and get a kick out of it. Lindy is a ballerina dancer but Michael had never danced, AT ALL... LOL He just plays football. She had dreamed of doing this for her wedding and he made it happen with her. A lot of playing and rewinding the video of dirty dancing and then filling in the holes where they were focused on the parents... It was really fun to watch them get it right. They lift took awhile to get right. :)

That's a tough one. My son is a division I athlete and his wife a ballerina and it was tough on them. What we did was get the video of just the dance on RU-vid and go over it step by step and pause as you go. There needs to be someone there to pause and rewind constantly. That is how they did it. I'm sure with motivation and maybe some pain relievers you can do it too!

very well done. You guys danced that down to a T. I agree with everyone one else here, this is by far the best reenactment I've seen on youtube. I liked how your foot was slightly higher than the other, just like the movie. Those finer details stand you guys aside from other dances I've seen.

Timing was off. They also missed a few steps, (Patrick’s solo/group dance all wrong), and added some moves not in the original choreography. It was the best version I’ve seen so far. Kudos for going for it!
