Welcome to another Phylling Phull episode. Today, watch us enjoy our 6-course food tasting at Raffles Hotel Singapore! The food tasting is held at Yi by Jereme Leung which prepares the actual day food as well. Big shout out to our banquet manager, Yazid, for his professional and proactive service (both during the food tasting and on our actual day).
We booked the Jubilee Ballroom for our wedding held on Sep-21 and our wedding lunch costs us $198++ per pax. Though it is a relatively lean menu with just 6 courses, the portions were generous, ingredients were premium and the service was impeccable- making it the best wedding food we’ve had in Singapore!
Note that we made a change to our original menu during the food tasting as we did not enjoy a dish (watch to find out which). While we did provide feedback for the dishes with regards to presentation and taste, not all feedback was reflected on our actual day menu. Nonetheless, our guests had a good time, thankfully!
