Absolutely LOVE your channel! Found you last year and it was the best thing ever coz you are my exact shade and you have changed my makeup game! I’ve gotten so many compliments! At the Nars store a woman matched me a shade below Syracuse and me and you seem to have the same undertone and I feel like Aruba isn’t the right undertone. How does Syracuse compare to Aruba or Valencia?

I go back and forth from Syracuse and Valencia. My tan is so weird around this time of the year when I start to lighten up but I love the foundation. 🙌🏽

Fab review. What is your Mac shade for ref? Also, does the shades match the other nars foundations or do they differ, for example are you Syracuse in the sheer glow and all day luminous foundations too.? Does this foundation have the same amount of shade range as the others or does this one have a bigger shade range? What would you say is the difference from this foundation to the other nars foundations? Sorry to ask so many questions it’s just that none of this was covered in your review. Lastly, I am nc 42, which shade would you recommend for me since you have the entire shades range with you! Thanks in advance and I really hope that your reply. Happy new year from 🇬🇧 x

I bought this foundation and I am also an nc42. But I found that Syracuse is a tad grey! I was a little disappointed! Dont you agree?!

There's something in Nars products that makes my skin so itchy and brings back my eczema. I try to stay away from their foundations, concealers, and eye products. But this was still a great video!

That's the only thing I dislike about the foundation - you need 2-3 pumps for the entire face. I feel like after a few occasions I'll be done with the foundation

If Syracuse is dark why didn't you try the two lighter shades they added: Aruba and Valencia?

Thanks for sharing. NARS is my number 1 foundation, it's the most perfect colour match for my skin. I have tried so many foundations over the years and this is the best, especially for us brown girls. I too am in the colour syracuse. Can't wait to buy this new one.

i know that its your preference & ur makeup but when ur doing foundation reviews sometimes you should do it on days that u want fuller coverage so we can see if its buildable & how it looks! just a suggestion love ur vids xox - (on my bfs youtube account not mine lol)

Syracuse is my perfect winter shade. I mix Syracuse with Tahoe for my perfect summer shade. Looking forward to trying this foundation .how does it compare to my HG sheer glow?

SonR R i’m nc45 & i wear tahoe in this formula. if i had to guess, maybe syracuse is around nc42.

Dee ..I could never find my shade in nars all day luminous foundation as Barcelona was too light and Syracuse was lil too brown undertone so came up lil dark on me, I am nc42 but more of a neutral undertone rather then warm...as these endup looking darker in me. In fenty the 300 310 were sooo Orange/warm which weren’t suitable either..but the 290 was good if mixed with a drop of 300. I generally mix 290 with a drop of the Jouer nutmeg and that works well too. I see that nars natural radiant foundation have 2 more shades between the Barcelona and Syracuse...and going by the shade description I think the Aruba seems a better match for me as it has neutral undertones.

I am finally happy to have found someone with the same skintone as mine... I am a little on the lighter side but the undertone... I should say... is the same. Loved this review but I have used NARS foundations before and it my skin breakout. I've read of a lot of people who have the same issue. Could I request you to test some more drugstore and high-end foundations for dry skin? Keep up the great work.

Earlier in the video before you added the rest of the make up your face looks darker than your neck. I don’t know if this is the right shade for you. But nevertheless thank you for sharing

These asian girls doing us dirty. Such a massive pr sample i honestly can't believe there were no face swatches. An arm swatch isn't helpful and I am only mad bcs it's hard enougha nd you guys get the opportunity and throw it out the window. So so disappointed!!!!
