Marvel Nemesis Rise of the Imperfects was a banger, I remember the first time I brought that game over to my buddies’ house(2 bros, one a year older than me, the other a year younger than me) and the 1v1’s we had with this game were siiiiick. Even the campaign, we either beat it or got stuck super late but I’m pretty sure we unlocked nearly everything.
@@PeaKaeCee But they play and watch a ton of NON-garbage though, even in this vid. Lego Marvel and Avengers would be sick, Marvel 2 isn't as great though. Not to say 2 doesnt pull from a ton of older stuff, which is cool.
The Cap & Avengers arcade game was awesome. The NES version was a crappy platformer bait-and-switch that was nothing like the arcade. The SNES version was more like the arcade, but the poor controller response and those aggravating blank-screen pauses made it unplayable.

Rise of the Imperfects is such an underrated game. Sure, it's not balanced very well, but I remember renting it once and having an absolute blast with friends all weekend.
Nah, it's perfectly rated. It was mediocre AF. The fighting is so incredibly sloppy and sporadic, the powers barely feel as if they do anything or do too much damage, the ring out features is pretty idiotic when you have characters that can fly/swing/latch on to something, the Imperfect characters come off really generic, the fighting arenas are pretty bland and lifeless, etc. This one reeks.
At a local comic con back in November, they brought in the Captain America & the Avengers arcade cabinet! Me & two of my mates (who also love the show) were pumped & beat the whole game! We were so happy & kept calling Vision a big bag of flesh! 😂

I had Marvel Ultimate Alliance on PSP and that was probably my favorite psp game, and a big reason for why I got into marvel(in addition to the comic my pops bought me once every few months on his way home from work.) The scholastic book fair had a gaming cheat code book for all games that came out that year, and I lucked out finding the one I needed and maaaaaaaan unlocking all characters and costumes was sick too. The ending wasn’t great as after the cutscene is just kinda leaves every NPC telling you the same dialogue as if you did everything _but_ the final mission.
you guys should play the super hero squad video game. I had it on the wii when I was younger. It's probably just shit enough to get onto this show, but my friends and I used to love the arena combat.
Ah, and here, I had gotten my hopes up that you played Captain America and the Avengers again. But I'll accept watching this old 2015 playthrough again. "Oh, sir, it's a four-player game..."

in war of the gems the enemies are all clones, I went on a deep dive before researching all the skins in UMVC 3 and one of them is a green suit wolverine and the other was hulk with his chest covered in these weird brown veins
@@slothoverlord4388 there's no problems in having personal opinion, but for real, calling LEGO game based on MARVEL license the greatest MARVEL game out there...!! How about X-Men 2: The Clone Wars for Genesis? X-Men Origins: Wolverine? Something indeed MARVEL and not a LEGO, please, dude!! T.T
