Garden wing has no club level, but they do have rooms with club level services ( I do believe don’t quote me on that) the 14th floor is mostly suites and the 14th floor is Inclosed rather the the 12th floor which is open and u can look down at everything
I'm stayin in the Garden Wing and Contemporary itself for the first time next month. I'm gonna remember these and ask at check in if there availability in the tower
