I rode both the 350 and 390 at the Beta Demo day. Quick video comparing the two bikes, which are overall very similar.
I'd probably prefer the 390 for a little bit of extra torque as both feel nimble and easy to ride.

How nimble/light do these feel compared to a 300? And compared to a 450?

They're pretty light/nimble feeling. Much closer to a 300 than a 450 in my opinion. Keeping in mind that the 4 strokes always feel a bit more substantial than two strokes

I'm riding the 350 in the video. I rode the 390 before this (in the demo day). You can watch my 390 video here - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tnxEe_mZcNo.html

Is either better than your KTM? Would you prefer any beta ?

Both KTM and Beta have their advantages, so it all depends on what's important to you. For example - I think the KTM has a slightly better tuned suspension out of the box (vs the RR) and better/easier parts availability. Beta has a lower seat height and longer maintenance intervals.

@@DmitriyAdv I'm a 176cm or 5'9 guy. KTM seems just a tad too much but I got the lower seat now. Beta feels lower (brother has it) Do you lower your bike as well and if yes, then does it change the geometry that much ? I think an inch lower would be great for me

@@silver244 I have a 2018 KTM 350 EXC-F that I put about 100 hours of various offroad riding on, and a buddy of mine has a 2021 KTM 350 EXC-F. Both have PDS (no linkage) suspension - stock, not lowered. Both of us are 5'11" and intermediate riders pretty comfortable in any terrain. With the sag set correctly we both find the KTMs on the tall side for gnarlier riding, dabbing definitely becomes much more challenging and I tip over over more often than I do on my GasGas EC300 (linkage). It's not a huge issue for us, but might be for a shorter rider like yourself.

@@DmitriyAdvcurrently trying to decide between a FE 350s and a Beta 350/390 RRS or even race edition.

@@UnicornMoto what kind of riding are you looking to do? The FE 350s will be closer to a Beta 350/390 standard edition - a bit quieter with a much plusher suspension. Awesome bikes and would be my preference over the race edition unless I was looking to purely race harescrambles and sprint enduros, where I'm going to hit stuff very hard/fast and possibly jump.
