Thank you, I have given myself tastes of Delta through to Gamma like tuning a guitar. Beta was my last and it is pleasant to listen to. The more deeply I tone my nervous system the more I may focus on Theta and Delta. My mind feels smooth and in my body I feel a sense of smoothness and harmony. Thank you for this channel. Grateful.

This is genuine stuff and it really is binaural! Thank you! At first I thought it wasn't, because when I muted one side of my headphones, I could still hear the pulsation in the other side instead of a monotonous frequency. I was on Windows 10 before. I have a dual-boot system though and I now tested this out on Ubuntu 20.04 and now, when I mute one side of my headphones, I can only hear a monotonous sound from the other as it is supposed to be. So the problem was not about this video and neither about my headphones, but for me, the issue is in Windows 10 and now I know I should use Ubuntu for listening this instead. Windows Sonic for Headphones does not work properly for me. It's producing fake binaural and I don't know how to fix that.

@HQBinauralBeats The audio level for this beta wave is much quieter than the 1.5hour video you uploaded 11 years ago. Could you maybe re-upload this as an [HD] version or a [Boosted Audio] version?

Why don’t any binaural videos actually say what frequency they’re using. Some say what wave then will list a completely different frequency.

You can get the binaural beat freq of choice from almost any basic frequency (below something like 1500 hz). The beat freq is whatever freq you want based on the base freq. Aside from any music you might mix in and play over the binaural.
