great idea... I have always been a fan of bethenny, but if we are talking about "healthier dessert options" canola oil is not healthy for you at all..coconut oil would def be a better alternative. Unsweetened almond milk would also be a better alternative to soy milk because soy contains phytoestrogens which mimic the body's natural estrogen. I think it common that people mistake "lower calorie" for "healthy"
