Full list of patch notes can be found here: bethesda.net/en/article/4ORD7tshfmHUN8H4ULSgE4/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-special-edition-creations-update-patch-notes They magically appeared after my video went up which is frustrating :(
Promoting paid mods is an insta-block for those of us who care about the community that was specifically created to be open-source. Not a way for Bethesda or microsoft to monetize it so they don't have to give modders real jobs that don't leave them worrying every month if they will be able to pay rent, let alone ever buy a house or raise a family.
The East Empire Company Expansion I am sure is quality. Same group who works on the Sim Settlements series of mods. If it didn't help Bathesda, I might have actually gotten it.
Not surprise but I'm replaying Skyrim AGAIN & at least all the mods I was using are still free. Plus to be fair there's nothing from the free Creation Club content that came with AE I love. Also not a fan of the new library which has mods listed that were not in my previous library.
I have not browsed through these newly stuff. But does it seem official/canon to the game? I assume paid mods regulated by Bethesda are considered canon just like the creation club stuff.
I also play on Xbox and my load order is not working correctly. Even with all the mods activated, a message appears saying that several are not present. So I load it anyway and my game crashes.
I bought the AE version just because it came DRM free on GOG. It just taught me that the CC mods weren't very interesting. Certainly nothing as good as the amazing stuff on the Nexus. But I'll keep watching the market place. They may convert me.

@@andysilva3991 im just going to play on my PlayStation for now. The mods aren’t as good but at lest I’m able to play without updating and my load order is stable.
Maybe someone will buy their crap! Im thinking its time to switch to pirated Skyrim and a permanent mod list, and they can kiss my a%^ People on console should go to PC ffs, are you going to code on a console? No. Pony up and start using a big boy computer.
So, East Empire Expansion is basically just Skyrim Realistic Conquering, but for 7 bucks? ok... Winterfrost is a home, but it costs me 6 € to download? Ok... Katja seems almost worth it, but a single follower for 4 €? sheesh... But 2 dungeons for 4 bucks? I don't know, that seems a ripoff. And the Arquebus is just an expensive version of Lore Friendly Guns of Skyrim.... 6 € for a crossbow reskin.... 4 € for a single f-ing thalmor robe? Bethesda is just taking the piss now... And another house for 5 €. great. So, for 36 bucks, we get: A conquest mini game, 2 houses, 2 dungeons, 4 crossbow reskins, 1 armor set and 1 follower. For me, that's a hard No. I've paid that much for all 3 DLC, and those were packed to the brim with content. Bethesda is really ripping us oft with these paid mods...
Paid mods are a plague on the entire modding community; this misses the point of modding entirely. Entire load orders are wrecked now. Ffs this is terrible. Real molders don't charge a dime. They offer donations.
@@ArtificalHistoryI exactly! They are trying to redirect to there owne services.. to get some more cash.. I'd rather spend money on the makers of that mod than give it to Betesda They trying figure out a way to collect extra money,.. i wont be surprise me if there are going to make (Litte update) (anniversary edition 2) for 30 euros
My problem is where's the...casino? To bet real world money? Where's the 20 different currencies to confuse the hell out of me? C'mon Bethesda it's 2023 , get with the times.
I love how Bethesda thinks they can sell a mod with I one armor in it when we can get a whole set of armor mods in one single mod for free...they still don't get that they need to make a big collection of armors in one "creation" for it to be even close to worth buying.
I think what makes it worse is the price they are charging for that one armour when for pretty much the same price you can get 2 entire dungeons with new enemies factions and armours lol.
Yeah I noticed the mods that might be worth actually buying aren't available for PS, which in my opinion makes the CC content pointless especially for PS users.
Are all mods paid now, or did they just combine the free market with the creation club stuff? It's been really hard to find out what exactly this has done to the mod market. I play on xb1x, I can still play my current mod set up, by turning off network connection, other wise I can't start without the update.
Everything that was free before the update is still free. Only newly added Creation Club mods are paid. I was unable to access the new mod page until I deleted my reserve space loosing my load order in the process.
So far it only seems one of the new CC mods (Paid mods) is available for Playstation which is the home mod by Elianora. I think even though its Bethesda approved mods if they have assets that isn't included in the base game and dlc sony wont allow it.
@@binksy1992 Breaks my heart but thank you for letting me know. My birthday was the 30th and i got it a bit early and have been trying to learn how to mod then it just shut down while my list was wonky so it’s been a roller coaster.
For me I had to delete the reserved space for Skyrim and that allowed me to access the new mod page, If you have a game save with a lot of hours invested make sure to not delete that only reserved space. Only downside is you will need to redownload your mods again.
I think they are the same as creation club but can't say for sure I will know for certain later tonight when I buy some of them, Ill be making a video covering all the questions everyone has about these new "Creations"

Just a quick question are the paid mods exactly like creation club content where you buy it and it goes straight into the game without taking space in a load order or will these ones actually take space in a load order and make me work a load order where the game doesn't crash
I am going to take a wild guess and assume they will function the same as older creation club content, since the 12gb update on Xbox will probably already have all the new content included just locked behind the paywall.
time for a hot take . this is good. modders deserve to make a living off of what they do which this allows for much more than creation club. besides nexus is still there this only really negatively impacts console users .
Don’t know why people are so mad. I’ve been wanting new content since forever. Now that they get payed, I feel like modders are now going to make fun mods. I believe modders should get payed. I know a few said they prefer not to but most of us don’t live with our parents, so we need to pay bills
I’m mad because the whole point of the anniversary edition was to include “all existing and NEW CC content.” Now that statement is a blatant lie as you do not receive all CC content.
Really annoying for people who bought the anniversary edition, only for mod compatibility needs that Bethesda forces creators to all use AE basically, assuming we were done paying (pay for monthly game pass), then we get hit with this. Meaning all new mods are probably going to start requiring you to have these expansions installed. It's Bethesda pushing out crap, with a few gold nuggets, to force people who like base game with advanced mods to pay more and more to cover their losses from Starfield
