Makes me mad, I'm still owed money, he even tells the bank when they do chargebacks he's paid it if he already refunded a similar amount, I have to take this to ofcom now as I deleted the previous guests tickets and refund email not thinking I'd need them. Or he tells them it was a correct payment, with no announcements we can't prove it and the bank takes the money back.
