The problem with school is the testing. We aren't learning important life skills, were learning to remember.

Data means nothing if teachers and guidance from parents can't lift their education

The biggest question students get asked is "What do you want to do in your life?" and most of them don't know. The school needs to provide them, not only better education, but more information and guidance on the different career paths that they could take and how to get there.

Instant feedback is key to any kind of improvement, there should solid feedback loops between teacher to student, student to teacher, and management to teachers and so on and they have to be instant not in 3 months.

I think it is awesome the work you are doing for our youth. Our education system needs such a huge overhaul. We have gotten away from being a world leader in education and have fallen sadly behind where we really should be, so again, thank you so much for what you are doing. We need to bolster our education in so many areas, but particularly in producing our next generation of scientists and engineers. I have a similar thing at my school, with the data, constantly checking results ect... The problem is that everybody is stressed out of there minds trying to get the grades and if they don't you will have to go to catch up ect... Like when I'm talking to friends it always feels like everyone is thinking about work and not enjoying just being together. What I'm saying is that you have to remember grades won't get you everywhere in life.

Better data = better schools... In reality that translates to better data = better data manipulation / better PR spin / better positions for people who can fake or fudge data. It never has and never will equal better schools.

Stress hampers learning; Happiness boosts creativity, and curiosity, leading me to learn. Learning gives more productivity. I learn because I don't do assignments. I don't do assignments because it stresses me. Thus, it makes me happy. If it makes me happy, I learn. If I learn, then I become productive. It has been proven not only by Finland's education system. I value learning more than academics. If you are worrying about getting a job, there are more opportunity than you imagine. You can get one without a degree. Some companies somewhere in this world hires people with skill than with degree anyway.
