No, that's not true, God loves you and everyone of us, He never hates us, what's happening not only to you but to others too are just part of trials or test that we have to undergo, that's not punishment, or vengeance that you are thinking, He just want to lead us to the right path, to give us time to repent and meditate if we responsibly make used of all the blessings that He bestowed on us. Let's be grateful to our God, who never cease to understand and love us wholeheartedly and unconditionally.
