Hello, Angelina on the sofa. Not a big stage with an audience that drives artists to perform at their best. It looks like she's just trying something out. A new microphone, a new style of singing,... And then something so perfect comes out of it. How many artists are there who can do that? She is an exceptional singer - for her age - no - for any age. I love this song, this interpretation. She has been arranging the songs herself since she was 7-8 years old. This is pure talent. And then she can sing it like that. She sings songs from so many different genres with voices that are always adapted to them. She's just our "barefoot princess with the 1000 voices". That's all. Greetings from Germany

Thank you for another great reaction video to the one and only Angelina Jordan. Just a little tidbit about the song. Although Billy Foster is given credit for co-writing the song, he actually did not. Ellington Jordan started writing the song while he was in jail but was having trouble finishing it. During one of her visit to him in jail, Etta James helped him finish the song. At the time Etta James was going through a dark chapter of her life. She was heavily addicted to drugs, was stealing from family and friends in order to finance her habit, and was in trouble with tax authorities for unpaid taxes. She gave her credits to her then partner Billy Foster in order to avoid the royalties from being garnished. That is why his name appears on the record instead of Etta James. She performed this song many times and each time you could hear the sadness and the hurt in her performance. Angelina really managed to capture Etta James hurt and the spirit of the song in her own way. Thanks for reading and keep up the good work.

I love how sometimes you can see her side and back teeth aren't even in yet. We're all in love with this child. Watch her win Norway's Got Talent against the adults. She literally has no teeth in parts of it. Also her first time in a studio (age 6)... I Who Have Nothing. (crazy to see a child do this) And she does a great cover of Whitney....I Have Nothing (different song)....will make you cry with joy and awe.

Yes, better than Beyonce. I listened to Beyonce sing this and once was enough. With Angelina. sitting on her couch, trying out a new microphone for her 12th birthday, I can listen to it. and watch people react to it, over and over again. She is a gift to all of us. She has so many great covers and now a few originals, that it is hard to choose which one to listen to.
