I’m definitely going to have to give these a shot. I think I’ll add some encapsulated citric acid to replace that vinegar zing from buffalo sauce. Thanks for sharing the recipe. For the record, team blue cheese is the only way to go.
Appreciate you watching! It was a great sausage and really hit all the buffalo wing flavors. Franks red hot does offer a “Buffalo wing” dry seasoning that may work better than the original seasoning I used in the sausage mix. The encapsulated citric acid sounds like a crazy awesome idea! Hell yeah man, team Blue cheese all day!

It's all good if your first batch doesn't come out exactly perfect. I have been writing my recipes down so I know what I did and can change things if need be. I will likely be the only one ever doing videos on a FatStack haha. I bought it and I sure as hell am gonna use it.
