Hi Aaron. I checked it out and Skillshare offers a free month regardless. I have tried some of your recipes. Everything is always delicious even though some ingredients are not available where we are. Could you, please, share some recipes suitable for freezing? ♥♥
This is our favorite menu item, and now we can pair this homemade version with the chow mein video you made recently. Aaron: “Don’t worry about it!” You and Claire are so fun to watch! Thank you for this recipe!
I just want to say I appreciate your channel so much. The fact that you always say "don't worry about it!" has given me the courage to try several recipes I would normally shy away from. This one took quite a long time to make but oh MY it was delicious. The smell of the orange sauce filling my house was just divine! Thank you both :D
Love this ( never ate at panda…, I do not eat fast food) The long slices are most desired! I add hot pepper flakes to marinade. Add more zest( for me) And skip the shredded peel……( my take) 😊👍🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️
Aaron: makes jokes about the plummeting stock market. Me: 😭 Aaron: "Stop crying! It'll be alright." Me: 😳🤣🤣🤣 how did he know?! I've made orange chicken from scratch, but Aaron's technique gave me ideas to improve my own. I haven't wanted to go back to Panda since! Hey Aaron! If you see this comment, can you show us how to make Sweet Fire Chicken? 😁 ...and General Tso's Chicken? 😅
I just happened upon your channel like a week ago. So far I’ve made you shrimp cakes, tuna cakes and tonight I made your orange chicken. My family has loved each recipe. We all absolutely agreed that this recipe is the best orange chicken we have had. I’m truly enjoying your recipes but even more than the recipes. I absolutely enjoy you and Claire’s awesome personalities. What’s kind of funny. Is that my name is Aaron and my mothers name is Claire. 😂 I shared your challenge with ALL my foodie friends and hope they enjoy your channel and recipes as much as I do. ❤
First of all.. 🥳 !CONGRATULATIONS! 🥳 Aaron~ssi ❤️ and Claire~ssi ❤️ for 1M !! Being with you since start.. I'm soo damn proud watching you both grow from scratch 🥺 up until here 👏🏻 Wishing all happiness and many more success ahead 😍 Loads and loads of love 🇮🇳💜
My mouth started watering when you put that sauce together! Wish I had been sitting right next to Claire getting to try it. Beautiful looking presentation as well. Panda watch out, Aaron's on the scene!🍊🐔🚫🐼
Yay orange chicken! Thank you Aaron. I can't wait to make this recipe. I made homemade Korean knife cut noodles tonight with one of your ramyen recipes. They were too thick, but now I know to fold the dough and not roll it, to make them thinner. Thanks for another great video.
Claire!! Love your channel, look everyday and say "Where's the new video? BRING SOME VIDEO!" You're the absolute best! Congratulations on getting to a million subscribers, shows how much the people love you!! Oh, and tell that guy who hogs up the majority of your video time to try frozen orange juice concentrate if he can find it. Really amps up the orange to 11 and the rest can have privacy in the freezer until next time. Thank you CLAIRE!!! (and that guy too ;-) )
I loveee watching your videos, they are easy to follow, using simple ingredients and your sense of humor make them easy to watch, Thanks to your recipes my husband wont be getting a divorce.
I tried the famous Orange Chicken at Panda Express not long ago when i was in the US , and to be honest it's not bad for the price you pay , but it's not exactly gourmet diner either :) Perfect as a cheap takeaway on the way back from work or something , or on a night out . And i can't even tell the difference between the Panda Express Orange Chicken and the one from Asia Chao , they taste the exact same .
Congratulations on ONE MILLION SUBS to my FAVORITE food duo on all of RU-vid! I am so happy for you guys! I can't wait for your Q and A. Best wishes from Hawaii!
Thank you Aaron and Claire! I ate Panda orange chicken for the first time, but I wasn't impressed. I look forward to making your recipe at home for a delicious meal! Your videos are easy to follow and always yummy!
Yeah, by the time Panda serves the chicken off the warming table, it's no longer Crispy and there's no sauce left for the Rice or Chow Mein. With this, you can make as much as you want!!
Looks very good. Only suggestion I’ll off is batter your chicken and let it sit on a wire rack while prepping and cooking the sauce. The batter/breading will have a chance to dry a little bit and will stick to the chicken better. A little trick from making fried chicken and chicken-fried steak.
I have used the Panda Express sauce you can buy here in the US but I kind of add more flavor to it and cut the sweetness a bit. I haven't made the orange sauce from scratch but I made copycat Panda Express Sweet Fire chicken with red peppers and pineapple. I really should try this sauce. I want to try it with tofu now.
We went to an awesome Korean BBQ for my Birthday! Awesome we got school by I thought we both grilling but OMG embarrassed tongs taken away! But so awesome! I now know your recipes taste like mine! LMAO! Got schooled by the lovely wait staff! Have an awesome day you two! JoAnn Sigby
Congratulations on achieving 1 million subscribers!! I remember watching your channel when you had less than 15K. Although I enjoy your cooking videos I still miss your restaurant review videos. Hopefully you can do a little of both!
I've never had orange chicken but I've had lemon chicken and sesame chicken. Where I live there's no Panda Express. As always I love your recipes. Thank-you for all the hard work you do in researching and creating the recipes and videos! I would love to see a version without deep frying.
When I saw the vid pop up all I can think of is hearing "Claire~~" XD Idk why but its very addictive to hear and see her appear. She is one of the highlight of the channel!! Thank you for recipe~~
Looks awesome, I never hade orange chicken in my life. Question: What do you do with the oil you fried the chicken in? While it sure tastes great, I feel like it would be a "waste" to throw it away. But at home I would not fry things often so keeping it may also not be an option (besides it might be even more unhealthy to reuse it)
This looks absolutely delicious! I'm going to have to try this one day! Always love your videos absolutely love the 2 of you! Thank you for everything you do!
I've made this before almost exactly like Aaron did and it's fantastic. The marinade alone is great and works for chicken, pork, and flank steak (that's all I've tried it with so far). It makes the best popcorn chicken for dipping in other sauces. Also, it would be cool to have a shirt of a baby bird sitting in a nest, wings upraised, saying "Bring some beer!"
I swear I'm starting to think you can read my mind. I was hoping to find a good recipe for Orange Chicken and what do I immediately see? This. AND you two hit 1Million subs? That's freaking awesome! Very well deserved. Now please excuse me, about to fire up my stove and make Dolsot Bibim Bap yet again thanks to you both. :)
Aaron and Claire, you two are so cute and talented! Your recipes are so on point! I've been making your stir fried Shanghai noodle so many times to very good reviews. When you are too tired to cook but if you have some protein, frozen udon and some ods and end veggies, dinner is on the table in no time. love you lots Aaron and Claire!
Aaron, I think Claire is in her "happy place" with this Orange Chicken! I love this! It really looks so simple to make at home! I've got to try this! Mmmmmmmm!
I found it amusing that Claire asks for Orange Chicken at the end of the Chicken Chow Mein video, but also asks for Chow Mein at the end of the Orange Chicken video.
Aaron and Claire, you're channel just keeps getting better and better! I love everything you do 👏👏 BTW I LOVE orange chicken 🤤😁 and I'm thrilled I have a Korean grocery about a mile away 😁 Ooh and congratulation on your new sponsor!
I need to strive to be as good of a wife as Claire lol. Her critiques are always so supportive! It makes me wonder- have you ever made something that she didn't quite like?
