Nice reaction plus she’s great to listen to and learn from. I’m an upper chest breather when singing so sitting down is almost like a help because it’s helping me compress my belly 😅 I find belly breathing when singing to be ineffectual especially when connecting the registers seamlessly because the two focal points belly and throat are farther away and as things far apart means harder to manage. Unlike upper chest breathing while the belly is compressed, the two points are now the upper chest and the throat and thus closer and thus easier to manage and connecting between registers will be fluid and compressing air means you will almost never run out because you know how much you’ve got in the tank energized at any lvls of registers at any given moment 😅.
