I like how the bounce attack in argenti's ulitmate can concentrate into a single enemy. This makes them a bit more viable in 1-3 target scenarios. Ig erudition will be saved if the future erudition characters have bounce attacks
Dont need to be in the future, the past one already had it....and doesn't work that well. It is funny that they just copy and paste without much revision.
Upon using him, I’m actually surprised at how fast he regenerates energy with only Tingyun and Bronya. He has GODLY aoe damage and decent single target even with his skill. He’s not a must pull but I’m pretty satisfied with his damage and performance so far.
@silverhawkscape2677 Hes actually the hardest hitting single target in the game if there is only 1 enemy. Man helped me hit my first over 100k damage haha
I love how simple his kit is: no lengthy description, just straight to the point. Also its super satisfying to fight a bunch of enemies with Argenti; he just regenrates energy soooo fast
Honestly, what I think about Argenti is: The fact that the current hardest elite enemy in game is a multiple enemy spawner, and with majority of the bosses being an adds spawner means that Argenti will be fine for quite a long time. I wish I'd get him but I just got Huohuo, might try my luck tho.
Pure fiction is already a gamemode focused on endless fodder spawn and it's a permanent alternative along with MoC, so Argenti and AoE units value is guaranteed now
Expecting some really big damage screenshots from Argenti. Also seems like a Simulated Universe god, where you can get tons of buffs and energy. Should be fun !

For Con number 4. There is a slight difference in animation. At the end the giant rose is sliced 6 times representing the random 6 attacks after the ult.
Well, all i wanted was a hanya, but argenti came home at 14 pulls, so this guide is a godsend. I love the target stats you put in, even if theyre a rough estimate, theyre so useful to give people a goal to work towards. Ps. Advice for anyone considering it: Dont ever pull for 4 stars if getting the 5 star would make you unhappy. While i wasnt aiming for argenti, i knew he would make a great unit for my account regardless, so pulling for hanya and getting argenti gives me 0 regrets. If the opposite were true, however, my day wouldve been ruined.
I prefer my argenti with serval's lightcone at s5. While his skill AoE is mid, that 64% bonus is ult is almost same as his signature. The energy from fight starts also removes 1 turn from being required, atleast if feels like that.
I was initially thinking of skipping him for Ruan Mei, since she... well, no leaks, but she seems pretty amazing; I also have an e1 Clara and a break effect dps Luka so I didn't really NEED Argenti. But then I decided to stay true to my values and pull him anyway, because he is just really pretty. And I do not regret it at all! He's already doing great and if I raise Hanya I think I'll be able to finally 3 star moc10 with him...

Thanks for the guide, as someone with a lot of DPSes (Jing Yuan/Blade/Jing Liu) I'll probably skip him for other type of units, but he does seem better than what I initially heard !
i definitely wish aoe blast attacks were normal on erudition characters because that would make them way more unique but argenti seems fun!! pulling mainly for hanya but i dont mind getting him (i hope i lose an early 50/50 for him tho so i can get ruan mei)
I'm glad I caved in for Huohuo when I was supposed to be saving for him. She's great on her own but she'll definitely help him tons. Got 150 pulls ready just because his ult is beautiful, though it's such a shame there's only one animation for it 😞 160spd Tingyun zooming in, I'm just worried she'll get instakilled since she's got so much aggro value and now I won't be using her with Fu Xuan anymore :')

My only issue with him is he probably only has 1 usable team which needs tingyun and huo huo to actually feel good to play. Edit: From the info I gathered bronya yet again shows why she's the best character in the game as she's a really good way for argenti to regain energy. Probably want to use hyperspeed bronya though for sp comfort.
@@guobacertified I'm hoping so cause I've sadly dodged clara for so long, and Majority of the dps units love tingyun and huo huo. I'll wait a bit before pulling to see more info come out.
Thanks for the guide. I pulled him this morning and thought ERR rope might be his BiS because so much of his damage is loaded in his Ult. I'm glad to see that's not the case! (ERR rope drop rates are abysmal)

I think I'll give him S5 breakfast and the either slowly build up to 2 S3+ BP cones, or, if his rerun is at a good time, try his cone (he deserves it!) Thanks for the great guide!

The only problem for me is there is only one tingyun although u can still play him without her its just that he becomes real good with her and my tingyun is basically tied to my JY.
I use Argenti with Hanya, Tingyun, and Huohuo. My Huohuo is E1, Tingyun is E6, and Hanya is E4. I have found it is incredibly hard for me to die mostly since my Huohuo is built to tank all da damage
@@aomafura3374 then the team is concentrated on picking either huohu or tingyun as Energy charger. seeing as Bronya is best for nuke based team as usual, the last slot is flex depending on your charger, if its sp negative, Hanya, if neutral, bring luocha/Fuxuan for survival.

Ever think if there's a Guoba expy in Star Rail? Like if it becomes the new Aeon of Voracity and it just starts Kirby sucking all the characters and the guides we see are just what our brains perceive as Guoba gobbles up and digests poor Argenti? Anyway, great video!
The more I learn about Argenti, the more torn I am. His kit looks very cool and it's interesting change of pace - high cost Ultimate, but with ways to get ton of energy. On the other hand, I currently have enough Damage Dealers (Seele, Imbitior Lunae, Numby, Svarog) and I have other priorities in nearest future - Ruan Mei. Maybe I will get him on a rerun?
I got my argenti to dealk 300k+ damage in a normal fight. Personally it's not good enough. I have been unlucky with his relics and i only got that amount of damage with the help of Bronya, Huohuo and Tingyun. And even then those three are poorly built. Not even max level, their lightcones aren't maxed and their traces aren't maxed either. And don't get me started on their relics. So I've been on a grind to build them one by one. Bronya, Tingyun and then Huohuo. Once 1.6 starts i am going to start farming for Dr Ratio but once i got him I'll continue my grind to have a op hypercarry team. :) I look forward to dealing 1million damage if I'm lucky.
Haven't played for a week and didn't know he already showed up. I like his kit, but my main dps is Clara, so I shouldn't go for another physical one. Gotta wait for another one (or maybe I'll just get another 5* support lol)
I have a 32 cv err salsotto rope on blade and im so looking forward to finally actually having someone to use it on, it's been the bane of my existence for quite a while now. You have no idea how aggravating it is to have a relic like that and not even get an hp main stat double crit rope in the last 2 months to replace it with, my blade is at just under 6k hp and its just sad at this point
I caved in and decided to sacrifice my Blade savings for him, since my account was inactive for a few months and has exactly no characters Blade works well with. I got 2 Argentis in one 10 pull, that's a sign from Idrila if I've ever seen one. He's really fun to play (AOE is godsent at low level and by the time I want to tryhard other modes I can pull for other DPS) and much more F2P friendly, and at my accidental E1 his crits hit like a truck. When I feel extra goofy I drop Ting and Hanya for Jing Yuan and Welt for constant AOE pellet guns lmao
I saved up and managed to get an E1 S1 Argenti. I'm so glad I didn't listen to all the doomposting, even with subpar relics the moment my Argenti uses his ult it just absolutely obliterates everyone. So happy I have him!
got him by accident, i was saving (not for anyone in particular, just generally hoarding). once i got him i just went for LC for fun, and man. his ult is sooooo satisfying. I only really have one dps (seele) and have been pretty much only playing mono quantum, so i think its time to just all in on a different character, yk? hyperinvesting in one person is fun but i need a new character to hyper invest in ( as a side note, im at soft pity, hoping for e1 bc with his lc, triple keel supports, and e1 fu xuan, i could hit 80/300 crit ratio with 3,400 attack) Edit: i though his lv 10 passive gave him 20% at 10 stacks, not 25%, so his ratio would actually be at 85/300 which is absolutely insane

I was actually thinking of pulling SW instead of Argenti for the current MoC, but then me with level 68 who don't have DHIL and Luocha achieve the same amount of stars as my buddy who is Lv70 and has both of them. So, I just go ahead and pull Argenti. Anyway, from what you presented, Hanya seems pretty solid paired with Argenti, currently running Tingyun and Bronya with him but I'll try to build her.
Rolled for him and got the other redhead so now she’s E1 😂 After building him up he’s been pretty strong and simple at what he does Since we will probably have the livestream next week, we may get a look at the new events and see how those new events will be
The problem i have with him, is his AOE skill doesnt full break an enemy with physical weakness. Which is kinda annoying tbh. U have to do a 2nd time to fully break the enemy
I love the casual -81% of Phantylia's health playing in the background lol. I want him so bad, with his ridiculous Aoe, damage, and just his overall character during the new quest, but I want Dr Ratio more even though Argenti is going to be so good for certain future content
He was the easiest skip of my life until I played the companion mission and now I want to marry him. Got Huohuo too so it’s looking tempting as hell I also want Ruan Mei tho, might have to card lmao. I’m happy his cone is luxury so I can just use BP since I don’t even use my QQ ngl
Considering how there are a lot of minor DoTs on support characters, do you think that the Prisoner set (DoT set) will be a good option for many DPSes in the future? The biggest draw of the Quantum set is the 20% def ignore on Quantum-weak enemies, but the Prisoner set also gives you at maximum an 18% def ignore on any enemy that has at least 3 DoTs applied on them, not to mention a permanent 12% atk buff. Yes it limits team building slightly, but so does using the Quantum set, and there are more supportive DoT units than there are Silver Wolves in the game, there are only a total of 3 Elite enemies in the game with both natural Quantum and Physical weakness as well.
Yeah I said in the relic guide that this could be a tech in the future. Only problem is you just have to face quantum weak / have SW or enough def shred in some cases, versus 3 whole dots. But if we get more supportive dot units, youre right, prisoner could be cool :)

I was 89 pulls on huohuo... I'm sad, tried to lose the 50/50 on argenti so that I could get a lynx since only healer is natasha but got him next pull. Seems alot of his power is also locked behind huo huo and I already have clara and her signature so :/ Guess he's gonna be pocketed till I get huo huo in rerun or just whenever there two side phys on hall. Have a built slow yukong so guess can do clara, topaz, nat, yukong for one side, and argenti, tingyun, gepard, and someone else for forth slot, prob hanya if I get her. So its not horrible but a real shame, hopefully future content favors Argenti so there's more reason to use him over Clara
Argenti actually does have a "second" ult animation On the 90 energy ult, Argenti just slashes at the enemy On the 180 one, He slashes at them then the rose flower will crack and explode. Dealing rhe additional damage Unless you meant a totally different animation then yea you're right

I was watching Hanya guide on what eidolon should I get, as my pulls for her went into silverwolf and sacrificed around 70 pulls as I lost to clara (which is nice btw) but still only E0 on Hanya On my 10th pull argenti banner I got E1 Hanya, and on my 20th I got argenti.. which never happened to me because I basically never got early pulls.. Well now I’m more determined to get Hanya bc it’ll enable my mono phys team in the future :x
My weird curse(blessing) worked again! I said I was gonna skip him.. I won 50/50 and got him. Funnily enough, Hanya, the character I openly stated I want, has dodged me on every pull so far, this is PAIN. But Argenti is actually insane. He hits sooo hard even at lvl60. 💆🏻♀️
I wasn't really planning to get him, but by the time I got my first Hanya (107 pulls in! my soft pity Silver Wolf arrived painlessly in a couple singles, and I lost next 50/50 early - sadly not a Bronya or Clara even) I was like. Well I don't have a physical DPS outside of MC, and I'll want Xueyi but I don't care to throw my guarantee for Ruan Mei or Dr. Ratio, so I was like. I'm already here might as well get the pretty knight man. He feels a little counter-intuitive to play - having to wait for the double ult but I'm sure I'll get used to it
