Yes, this cartoon is hisorically interesting. The "Hays Code" which prohibited nudity and "suggestive dancing" was passed in 1930, but not enforced until 1934. This cartoon was made in 1932. One might consider that the Fleischers were deliberately flouting the unenforced code here.

in Betty Boop at least they had poc singing and being shown at the start of shows of which is highly tolerant considering the racism in the 30's which is upsetting

That was practically pornographic for the 30's, but it's a product of it's times. There are going to be thos who will look back on the early "00" and say "what were they thinking?"

A typically lavish surrealistic delight from the Fleischers.........teriffic stuff.

I love the use of rotoscoping in this cartoon. Even if the characters are clearly racist caricatures of the time, the dancing seems accurate.
