I just found out today. May 18 2008. I did not know that she was in an accident until I read. I am schocked that she died but she is is a better place. No more pain and tears where she is at.Thank YOU JESUS!!!

Betty for sure sings good. I was given a sound trac for "When You Go Down" by Betty Jean Robinson and my wife and I was back and forth on who was gonna sing it and while we were arguing (playfully of course) our oldest boy, who was 8 at the time, (maybe 7) learned it and sang it ever since. lol

I sure hope you mean that Rev. Claude Ely died in 1978. It is a little hard to tell if you mean he was born in 1922 and died in 1978 or if it is Betty Jean! When I looked at it I thought...how could it be from 1983 if she died in 1978....especially since I didn't think she was gone! LOL Okay..it is late at night!
