370 article was temporary in nature, by definition, the article 370 was to be revisited. This provision was closed by congress by their misconduct. Thanks to those IAS officers who found legal ways to rectify the blunder which congress did. The amalgamation of Kashmir to india was not based on article 370 but because Pakistan attacked Kashmir and unlawfully captured the land that too after signing the deal with then King of Kashmir of not intervening with Kashmir.
