Such a healthy conversation Sir. I have travelled and stayed in Japan, U.S., Germany, France, Indonesia, all having UCC with different names - for my work and below are a couple of thoughts. While implementation of UCC has a plethora of advantages, the disadvantages supercedes them in an Indian context. India is a nation with numerous religions and cultures. Even in the comments, I can find numerous instances of defending self religious thoughts. UCC may pe perceived as a threat to religious freedom and cultural identity. Second, politifal sensitivity - As the panel rightly stated that UCC is politically charged issue in India, and it's implementation could lead to social unrest or conflict, particularly amongst the minorities. The debate over UCC in India continues and still continue to be a complex issue, balancing the principles of secularism and equality against the rights to cultural and religious freedom.
Sir she should become part judicial team of Kolkata case women judge must be included for that case for better decisions if feasible. Rest is on you and respected DY sir.

Kapil sir 🙏🏻 I would like to ask a question to D Y Chandrachud sir through you with respect and concern, How Chandrachud sir felt when he was sitting next to the PM, what he was thinking while sitting next to the most egoistic, unethical, inhumane, careless and extremely corrupt PM ever, And the second most important question would be, every single day we see and come to know hundred's and thousands of unconstitutional, unlawful, illegal, criminal, grievous, heinous, hazardous, damaging, destructive and devastating acts done and committed by the government, administration, judiciary, commissions and committees, corporations and companies, industries of various kinds, by the society, group of people and individual, Why precautionary preventive moral measures are lesser, given less importance and why action , suo-moto cognizance and consideration is partial, particular and pecuniary, We are unable to see fairness, reasonability, equality, fraternity, justice and well-being society etc in-rem, While Sitting at the chair of highest respect, reputation, value and honour in judiciary, how does sir Chandrachud feel, when even delayed justice is not visible in the nation and rights are infringed, freedoms are curtailed, damage is imposed by certain hypocrites, imprudent, senseless, uneducated non-biological entities ? Is there no way left to protect and preserve the humanity, constitutionality and morality in-rem, is it so extreme and uncontrollable that it cannot be changed for good ? because if this is so then better we become hopeless and better we try protecting ourselves from such tragic truth and start thinking and doing otherwise...!
Kapil Sibal highlighted the fact - of a small number of women lawyers and women in the Courts of India. 👌🙏👍 If the ratio of the appointment of layers and judges is set up to 50:50, based on gender equality, there will be tremendous change into the functioning of legal system in India. The increased/equal presence of women lawyers and women judges will make a big difference in the discharging of cases, and dispensation of justice in the country.
