Ah, I remember when the Indian Theater burned down. First theater I ever went to. Mom used to drop us off for the matinee and the place would be filled with kids. Don't know about any ghosts there. No one ever talked about that. Guess the ghosts appeared later. Grew up in Roseburg, and we had a blast!! lol.
