Bevel Gear Blank Geometry for PM and Plastic Design 

Often we create bevel gears using PM or Plastic injection molding and want the gear tips to have a solid face instead of a taper. We do this in PM for pack out and strength. Here I show how to modify a bevel gear blank using KISSsoft Bevel Gear Module.
