Nice greasy slick. Condenser on the top. Hard to clean. If condenser on the bottom slide it out soak with coil cleaner and hot water with garden hoses clean right up
Ok with voltage to tstat and tstat on, the voltage goes through the contacts, with your voltage meter connected as mine was. If the thermostat is good you would read 0 volts. Both lines being the same, as the contacts are made in tstat. If it’s bad you will read line voltage.
I am working on a Beverage Air two door cooler. The evaporator fans are not turning. I see that power is getting to the fan motors, but for some reason the fans are not turning on. Any suggestions?
Likely a generic constant cut in control rancor, danfoss all make them. Cut in at 40, slightly adjustable cut out temp, measures coil temp on off cycle air defrost systems.
Just changed a compressor on a gilato machine (Grindmaster 3311). Did a pressure test with nitrogen and it held for 24 hours... no change. Today I tried to pull a vacuum using the vp85 with two appion core remover and two 3/8 appion vacuum hoses with fresh vacuum pump oil. Did a triple evacuation broke each time with nitrogen. The problem I’m having is it pulls down fast and then it just stalls around 1500 microns. Ran the vacuum for about two hours. Any ideas on what might be happening. Thanks.
if it held good pressure for 24 hours, then you added valve core tools and other hoses for the vacuum, I'd look at those first for a leak with bubbles under nitrogen pressure. probably find a hose end or core tool leaking, heck even the micron gauge or pump could be a culprit. anywhere there's a o-ring, gasket or seal or assembled joint on hose/tools
