Nana ooo Nana, has done it again, always breaking barriers, congratulations to Otumfour and Asantemang for always thinking about Ghana and not just Asantemang. More grease to your royal elbow Nana.
Let be careful about how we open minded embrace these people. We see all these are good investment that will be beneficial to Ghanaians for now. But in the future 🔮 it will be a no go area to Ghanaians just as it is happening in South Africa 🌍 right now
Yes , How poor peoples can get money to rent this estate house? Only rich guys will benefit, We need factory,s to work and get money to take care of our family .
Eiiii why do we complain like this? We should appreciate them to encourage them.trust me no matter what our leaders will do we Ghanaians will complain. Is too much.

I do not stand to be corrected never.... I am Ashanti and i respect my king so much . Asantehene could have open up factories , indudtries and employ the youth to work . only rich kings and politicians can buy these house not the youth but these youth are the future of the land .
Eric Kwakye he had already given out a vast land to Safo kantaka to produce more cars and to train for youth in his car business... so which ever way I believe Nana is on his feet doing something. In fact it’s better than none.
God bless our cherished King. May God continue to grant you wisdom, good health, understanding, patients and protection to reign over the Ashanti Kingdom. God bless you, God bless Asanteman and God Bless Ghana. #PEACE and LOVE
Is a great work, congrats to my king but if we storybuildings it will be more beautiful than this and we will save a lot of land and not waist of land and OUR mother land Ghana will be like those advancing country, thank U
Long live Nana! I plea to ask, pls kindly let Anglo-Gold extend their underground trenches all the way to Kumasi and them to make it as an underground railway which will be of a great importance to transportation. Someone may ask why that? Because these mining companies has bore hole through the underground of Obuasi and it’s there like that so we can therefore use it for other purpose and to some extent to Kumasi.
Asantehene has what it takes to build indudtries in Asante Region . obuase Gold mines he has a share, Ahafo Kenyase Gold mines the same thing and other mining areas . so what shows he can not develop Ashanti region and do it better .
Haven't you seen many factory's built by government but are lying waste because of management issues? It is wise that private investors do that. The Asantehene is supposed to help them get land, housing etc. but not building factories which he won't be in the position to manage.
@@ekowdaadze3890 Please read about them. He's not just a traditional ruler but the King of the Ashanti and the Ashanti is beyond the political boundaries of his palace thus his kingdom is cut across Ghana and that's what we know and have read. For us here we know of one king in the only kingdom of Ghana and that's the Ashanti king of Ghana.
@@samlove2628 please are u a Ghanaian? Ur name i guess suggest u are a Ghanaian but let me tell u. The Kingdom of Ashantis is limited to only ashantis and those dat feel like paying allegiance to de kingdoms just like other kingdoms in Ghana are limited to de people der. All I am saying is yes he's from Ghana but this kingdom is only limited to ashantis but ur initial comments made it sound as though he's a ruler for all in Ghana. That was what I was trying to correct. #Peace.
@@ekowdaadze3890 I'm not Ghanaian but my Great grandfather is from Accompong town in the Carribians Jamaica and I know and have researced we're from West Africa Ghana. So I know much about my history bruh. Please search your history alright. I really follow the Ashanti people. I have met the King a couple times in the Carribians Accompong town and he's such a brilliant king bruh so please read and research.
WOW!!! Very nice gated community. 1) 2) Which city / area/ neighborhood is that? Which developer/ Real Estate is that? 3) How much those houses go for? 4) Which other projects you're working on now?
Asantehene do not espect NPP or NDC to come and develop Ashanti for you . You can do it within a twinkle of an eye only if you want to because you have what it takes to do that. Long life Asantehene
Kumasi should have developed more than that. Otumfour hold more credibility than the country's president. His throne is evalasting one. No one shares with him until death takes him away. Otumfour should used his position to attract more investment to Kumasiman. He commands all the natural resources in Ashanti region. He should request a percentage to develop Asanteman. He can even use his influence to acquire a big loan from outside to develop that part of Ghana without necessarily relying on government. Mahama could have never been there to insult Otumfour and his people that Kumasi people are ungrateful. What happened in the 70s where a barrier was mounted to collect some tokens from passengers should be brought back. That money alone can pay for any loan that Otumfour had raised to develop Kumasi. Even those of us in diaspora can also do our part to help. Nana please act now and l know you can do it. God Bless Otumfour. God Bless Asanteman. God Bless us all. Nana wo nkwaso . Yesre onyinkyere ene apomden ma wo afeboo. Mo ene adwoma pa.
Samuel Agyeman as we speak.....Kumasi international airport is under construction, KATH old building abounded years ago is also under construction and also to talk of this kejetia project. Little by little Kumasi is take it shape back, (garden city)
Humble Charles Boadu dnt worry my brother.......nana is really up and running to make Ashanti Reg. Look better. Kejetia and Kumasi international airport about to be open. In fact more to come
Such a great kingdom . these buildings are for their own selfish interest. Everything Government , If Ashanti región will develop or not it stands on Asantehene .
For how long will we complain without doing anything? Enough of the blame game already. Now that the kings and chiefs are seeing their importance again in the country, see how it's taken shape. We will get there so do your part.
An educated energentic intelligent King like Asantehene of Ashanti Kingdom with all these resources around you can not even provide jobs for his youth in the community meanwhile you have what it takes .... Share these buildings among yourselves chiefs ..... You havent done anything for Ashanti Region never wake up King of Ashanti wake up
Please i would like to ask. In europe or america do the ordinary people live in mansions or estates? Come on guys let be realistic. If you can afford just go for it,if you cant build your own house or you stay in one that you can afford
I'm not sure I understand. Why am I seeing all these white people touring these beautiful homes. Are they buying them? Where are the black people? I'm from the Diaspora and I would love to buy and invest. But I most certainly don't want to live next door to Becky and her husband.
@@gigisspot6550 so they are not living there? What I would love to do is get 25 or more black folks from the diaspora to invest and open up businesses and create jobs so the white people and the Chinese have nothing. We most certainly will keep them out. Thanks Nelsther TV. The homes are gorgeous.
Felicia Brown it’s was built by a Israeli company so maybe that’s who you’re seeing. It’s a partnership. So this development won’t be a place you should invest in. There are others built and ran by Africans.
Next time get a spokesperson that speech flows. What about afforable.housing, school ,play ground, hospital.why have foreigners build when ur own can do it?
Most of our artisans r crooks n thieves.....I always go in for the foreigners for my projects....if they don't fix themselves a time is coming when they won't be employed by anyone
Shame on you guys, why do you guys has this name, that place where in American will recognize any name from Ghana, think twice before making a decision .
My heart beats and its a shame to see these hypocritical videos on RU-vid that my Asantehene is doing something . he is doing nothing . Ghana came to meet Ashanti kingdom but what are we seeing ?
He is doing all this for his fanancial benefit , ashantis have enough money to creat companies , schools ,hospitals etc. That will bring jobs for the benefit the youth .
*Daddi Godwill* Lol. .... So what about people from Brong Ahafo. Northern Volta and some parts of eastern regions? They have bad attitudes because they are Asantes? You must know that *the regional maps in ghana are imaginary lines* drawn by Kwame Nkrumah. It has *nothing to do with any tribal or ethnics lands.*
Why hypocrite? What benefit we Ashanti peoples get from him? Tel me? Is he provide any factory? Small boys are young, le me tell you today, all projet that he is be doing now, is for his own benefit O! How poor people can rent this estate house? Only rich peoples. Just that it gives more beauty to kumasi and make money from rich guys , that's all, So think. What we need from him to provide factor,s for us to work. He try by the way , may God keep bless him for us.
If the old chiefs of Ashanti Kingdom sold lands like you people are doing would you come to meet any? Reduce social vices, prostitutions and pre mature death in the Ashanti region by creating jobs in the kingdom . forget about political party because they came to meet the kingdom already built by wisers kings . may their soul rest in peace .
NELSTHER TV I went there and went inside the five 5 bedroom house, is fantastic and no doubt about that but look at the road from the site to the main Atonsu road is not up to standard, how much do people receive as salary in Ghana? Mortgage system does not work in Ghana, what are the interesting places to visit in that area? How much is a plot of land around the area? All these things need to be considered before pricing, that 5 bedroom house cost $ 600000 all things being equal. That’s what the care taker told me when I went there last year. I know the chief in Prabon personally. Thanks.
NELSTHER TV is a good initiative from )pemsuo but in my opinion they need to build simple estate house which are affordable for the majority of people.
Continue to let your kings sell all the Ashanti lands for their own selfish interest ... One day the Ashanti youth will strike and no one can stand the venom of these youth .
I disagree that housing is a right. the government has the responsibility to build homes. individuals have the responsibility to work hard to afford anything they want. that is why in this world we have levels. I believe though that some prices for homes are outrageous.
How much compensation was paid to the owner of the land (the abusua, I guess) before it was taken by the asantehene? I hope he did just bullied his way to take it by force as the chiefs do in Ghana
@@Ghanadiaries your comments is typical of Africans, especially Ghanaians, so opinionated, always ready to give answers even to things we don't know much about. We seldom ask questions to probe into issues to learn more. We just conclude on what we "think" if even what we think is not the facts. So we are most often stuck in ignorance Now let me give you a brief tutorial about the laws of Ghana Lands. In Ghana the Owner of a land is "Abusua" (land is passed on from generation to generation) 'Nananom' (chiefs, including the Asantehene) are the trustees of the land (please note TRUSTEE not OWNER, there is a deference) Unfortunately there is not much time and space to explain this in detail here but the fact is that no king, chief or even the government can take someone's land by force as it is so rampant in Ghana. It is happening only because the people don't know their rights. And most of the time even if they do there is no recourse to redress. However, authorities have the right to expropriate private land for public use by the law of Eminent domain, with payment of compensation. I hope this helps a bit.
These buildings are not enough to be pampered my King. What are you doing to the youth of Ashanti Región? Those whom tramol , social vices and prostition have stolen them. Those whom they are determine to work positively towards their future but do not have any help. Those who do not have a place to sleep and slept in kiosk and containers without even afford two square meals a day . those orphans ? Those who have brighter future and high IQ's but do not have anybody to help them to pursue their dreams ? Etc My king these are the youth that will protect and stand behind you when other kingdom decide to invade your kingdom. Think about the youth of the Kingdom and the region to be precise irrespective of the tribe . wake up from your sleep my king wake . i know you have what it takes to help Ashanti Region so wake up. Do not wait and sit in your chair for the youth to suffer out of unemployment because if they start to strike you can never stand their venom. Live long great King live long
so if I may ask, how would nana locate all this youth you are talking about ??? now remember, the help of a man is limited. he can only do few as a human. forget about the kingdom being great or what ever, its only God almighty who can do beyond imagination. now to talk of this youth issues, we the youth have a responsibility and a role to play, as far as our up bring and good living is concern. just know where you come from and the family in which you are from, so you will know how to live your life.
@@gigisspot6550 i love it but my question is what is the responsibility of a King? If you are talking about God then let me refer you to all the great kings who came in a Bible and what they did for the benefit of the people . If you think about your self alone and your family then you are not a leader and can never be one . But if you made up your mind that what you have is for the benefit of others then you will always think outside the box. Again Asantehene shouldnt be pampered over these buildings he could have done better than this.
@@gigisspot6550 again your TV station is for the benefit of others i think so . it is not for your own benefit and your family alone. The tv station may be giving jobs to people , may be enlightening others and alot of them are learning and benefiting out of it. But no one finance it for you its from your own sweat. You are not depending on any resources from somewhere how much more a whole King who has such a resources at his disposal . My friend face the reality ok. The people of Ashanti region are suffering not to talk about other regions .
@@gigisspot6550 if one person can open up a factory or company that can take 920 employees how much more a whole King who has such a resources at his disposal . it means that he doesnt want to do it and is deliberate action . i am creating his askwarenes that he should ultilize the resources very well to benefit his own people in his land that is what i mean. If Asantehene decides to come out with a company or factory that will employ even 10000 Ghanaian youth he can. Nana live long
Eric Kwakye my brother you have a point in fact very. But again he can’t do it all alone. Just accept it. Thought he can still do better than what he is doing now. Remember it’s better this way than none
He could have done better than this. What is he doing ? Building houses for who? He can build factories and Industries that could provide jobs for the youth in Ashanti Region .
You have allowed your kings to sell all the lands and misused the money without any development in their areas . what is the essences of being a king ..... Youth are facing premature death because of hardship in the various community whiles you kings larvish money out of the resouces because of selfish interest.
Eric Kwakye they are lazy the youth are lazy they want fast money and drive big cars. They don’t want to start from the bottom and work they way up.. people should start checking their owns selves... always expecting government or the king to do things . I am a lady please!! I get angry because as Ghanaians we think our country is worse but dear others have it worse than us ..actually they would exchange their country just to have Ghana.. no where in the whole world is perfect the gap between the rich and the poor is getter bigger and bigger even here in UK... we like to complain, I hate that culture of always expecting people to help .. when will this ever end when are we as Ghanaians going stand firmly and bodily and depend on our own resources ...we as Ghanaians we are bad and very corrupt amongs our selves.. no for instance ask a youth or any individual to help build up Ghana they will say no they need money everything is money ...I was not born in ghana but sorry I can’t stand that behaviour asking for help and begging..this issue at hand is big but it is never to late
Eric Kwakye I have seen the boys at Adum hustling to make it through life , the ones that have remained and endured the hardship they have made it !!! Life is not easy koraa, Life is how you see it and what you make out of it.
