Eating samosas, pakoras, and other deep-fried foods in moderation can be enjoyable. However, the real issue is how they are prepared. Many vendors use excessive amounts of oil-sometimes to the point that it becomes almost grease-like. This not only increases the trans fat content but also worsens when the oil is reused multiple times. Furthermore, consuming these high-trans fat foods alongside heavy carbohydrates can lead to health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

Pesticides, chemicals are the killers but food is getting the blame. Random eating, adulteration has to be blamed.

No, blame lack of physical activity & lack of excercise because eating in limit will cause no harm. Btw I love samosa.

Avoid all bakery foods , chips , pizza burger pastries soft drinks juices . Present im diabetic using these products regularly .

Main reason is lack of activity. Samosa is not invented in 2024. Sweets are not invented in 2024.

Ma'am, what about eating chicken mutton on festivals...is it ok? They are not promoting any heart diseases? Especially on Dasara, christmas, bakrid festivals..peopel prefer more animals based food...what do you say? Why dont you broadcast to minise the aninal based food during, bakrid or other indian festivals like Dasara..or christmas.. Please do that also.
