1) don't rely on yourself,rely on Allah,ask Allah for help. 2) focus on the good. What you focus,grows. Allah will give more if you're grateful 3)don't lose hope,and continue to strive even when you don't see results. Remember that everything requires a process,the change or the growth is unseen,so keep persevering. Remember the story of Hacer. Additional note : this life will always have problems. So there's no such thing as problem free life,but we can learn to live a life where we can manage it. İt's a lifelong practice. 5) this too shall pass. The good and the bad are temporary.

اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَاَّ مَا جَعَلتَهُ سَهْلاً وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً Allaahumma laa sahla 'illaa maal ja'altahu sahlan wa 'Anta taj'alul-hazna 'ithaa shi'ta sahlan. O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease sorrow 🤲
