A documentary destined to calmly explain and analyze the facts, myths and rumours about John Kennedy's assassination and the overwhelming use of information in Oliver Stone's epic "JFK" (1991), at the same time it presents a behind the scenes documentary on the controversial film. Features interviews with the cast and director, and the personalities who lived and remember the facts concerning the November 22, 1963, like reporters, eyewitnesses and others, and some of the real characters from the movie, like Jim Garrison, Numa Bertel, Lou Ivon and Perry Russo.

As Walter Cronkite said in this, "We aren't that Machiavellian." When they do it in broad daylight, and keep on lying and lying and lying about it, with no shame, it's like: 'Yeah we did it. What're you gonna do about?" Machiavellian; like how he hid how he thought it is the job of a "noble" to make war in the middle of The Prince.

I patiently sat through the hour and a half, having mistaken this film for another doc I remember that was far more sensible and critical of the assertions put forward in Stone's 'JFK'. But here's the thing: the shrugging off here of 'theories' of Soviet involvement in the assassination is just stunning. The present film skirted around any real detail concerning Oswald's Soviet connections. Oswald had been a radar operator in the Marines and had worked on bases from which the U-2 'spy plane' operated. Immediately upon his leaving active duty he defected to the Soviet Union. When he arrived in Moscow he visited the US embassy and angrily denounced the United States while turning in his US passport. He declared to embassy staff his intention to turn over to the Soviets any military information that may be of value to them. Obviously, there is much more to the story, but rather than try to synopsize it here, I'll recommend the exceptionally well-researched books of Edward Jay Epstein: 'Inquest: The Warren Commission and the Establishment of Truth (1966)' and 'Legend: The Secret World of Lee Harvey Oswald (1978)'. As well, read former Romanian intelligence chief Ion Mihai Pacepa's analysis, 'Programmed to Kill'. In the latter book, Pacepa points out that the notion that President Kennedy had been killed off by his own intelligence and law enforcement organs was central to the Soviet disinformation line promulgated in the aftermath of the assassination. Of course, the trouble with these books, from the standpoint of popular (gutter) media, is that they are actually grounded in reality.

It is what Fletcher Prouty said. " It doesn't reside in any single government nor in any single corporate institution. It seems to reside in a blending of the two. ". It is government agents and double agents with connections to mob affiliates with in turn ties to big business with in turn ties to government, both foreign and domestic. It is networks and networking. This is how you arrive at the multiplicity that ' the CIA did it ', then ' the Castro-ists ' did it ', then ' everyone in the Murchison mansion the night before did it ', ' the mafia did it '. And so on. None of them innocent. And they all wanted a lone nut from the lowest rung to take the rap. But that lowest rung still had connections.

Here is a question for you. Traficanti, and Trafficante are similar, no? They are related. The Traficanti in Chicago are not in the mafia. The Trafficante in Tampa were in the mafia. The Tampa folk kept an eye on the Chicago ones. Sam Giancana was a buddy of the Tampa fellow Santo Jr. The story about Marilyn M. Is that she died of an 11 times overdose of her prescription medications. But no gelatin capsules were in her stomach. And there were bruises on her butt. She received her overdose anally while held down. One guy on each limb. The fifth one delivered the liquids on a rubber sheet in the living room. When she died the body was moved to the bed, and posed Nude. In December, 1962, a 20 something hairdressers body was found in the Chicago River. Here is the question. What did the body of Marilyn have to do with the body of the hairdresser? Marilyn's house was bugged by Jimmy Hoffa. The guy in a neighbor's house heard the murder of Marilyn. Years later he was on his death bed and told what he heard from the living room at Monroe's house. Giancana and Trafficante were in a conspiracy. Chicago was where the first attempt to kill JFK occurred. Tampa was where the second attempt was made. The Dallas location is where the successful attempt completed the act. Oswald was in New Orleans in the Spring of 1963. There is a picture of a woman with him. She is Judyth Vary Baker. She wrote about "things" of that time: "ME AND LEE". If you want to know things about who the conspiracy members are, you may want to check up there. Now, the one thing to remember about the JFK murder is this. IT WAS A COUP. NO LONGER IS THE US CONCERNED WITH DIPLOMACY. WHEN YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT COUP. YOU KNOW ABOUT WHY OUR GOVERNMENT BOMBS WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN GAZA. IT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE GOVERNMENT IS FRANKLY NOT CONCERNED A WHIT ABOUT "COLLATERAL" DAMAGE.

There was at least one bullet hole near the top a little off to the passenger side. The bullet holes in the windshield disappeared. How? The car looked like a Lincoln. But while made in Detroit, it was a special car and not a commercial model. The windshield with bullet hole(s) in it was a problem. It put the lie to the Book Depository shooter baloney. On the Saturday of November 23, 1963 the manager of the Detroit group that was responsible for producing that car's windshield saw mysterious things going on. The limousine was flown to Detroit. The new special sized windshield replaced the one with the bullet hole(s) in it. There were two technicians that replaced the one with the problem holes. The manager asked where the windshield was with the holes in it. He also asked why they destroyed evidence in the case of the murder of John Kennedy, formerly PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Well, the story becomes obscure from that point on. The technicians ground up the windshield into fine sand like pieces. Today the limo has a perfect windshield. We still hear about the lone gunman, Oswald. But no one talks about how the so called lone gunman put one or two holes in the top part of the limo windshield. The geometry does not permit this feat. The Magic Bullet Theory is the Magic Baloney Horse dung story.

Oswald was used by Clay Show who was as Dean Andrews called him "the big enchilada". Why would millionaire businessman be hanging out w/ a .75cent/hr book stacker and drive him all the way from the French Qtr up the Clinton, La. and be seen by the town Marshal? I agree with you that there's been editing of the Z film. But if you you look at the Z-frames on Costella Edit frames, after about Z-235 the limo is positioned in the frame so that one can't see the road or curb at all. Prior to that yes, it appears it may be in the middle lane, because you can see what looks to be a lane's worth of pavement and curb on the south side of it. But after that there is no reference point for where the limo is as it goes from 235 to 313. We first begin to see Jean Hill's red coat at 287. There is no curb to be seen at all. So this shows the limo did swerve to the left sharply. We don't begin to see the first (yellow) sliver of the south curb again till around 296 when Jean and Mary Ann are in the middle of the frame. The Limo must be right up near the south curb at that point.

Case for Oswald's Guilt: Oswald owned the rifle. Oswald bought the rifle lone before JFK's Texas trip was thought of. Oswald knew the rifle was at the Paine house. Oswald showed up unexpectedly at the Paine house Nov. 21. Oswald did not arrive there with any package. Oswald was turned down for a reconciliation by his estranged wife. Oswald was cold as ice with Marina the rest of the night. Next morning Oswald left his wedding ring and money behind for his wife to find. Next morning Oswald suddenly possessed a package. Oswald's rifle simultaneously teleported itself to his next destination. A man was seen in the TSBD sixth floor window who could plausibly have been Oswald. No unidentified persons were ever caught in the TSBD. Oswald lied about his whereabouts during the shooting and the people he claimed he was with flatly denied ever seeing him. Oswald's print was on the rifle. Oswald's prints were on the sniper nest boxes in exactly the places they would be had he been firing from it. Most witnesses heard 3 shots. Most witnesses ID'd the shots as coming from the TSBD. Victims' reactions in the Zapruder film demonstrate 3 shots over 8-9 seconds. Marine Oswald scored 18 out of 20 in rapid fire at targets 200 yards away. Shooting was successfully recreated using Oswald's rifle. Victims' reactions in Z. film clearly demonstrate they are hit by one bullet. Stretcher bullet was matched to Oswald's rifle. If stretcher bullet was planted fake, it was planted by somebody who could not possibly have known a bullet needed planting at all or that he wasn't planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the plot. Victims' wounds line up on perfect trajectory to the window. View of entry wound on Connally's back would have been blocked by Kennedy's body, bullet has to have gone through him first. Stretcher bullet is in a condition consistent with going through Kennedy without hitting bone, slowing and tumbling, and broadsiding its way through Connally's ribs: badly crushed at the nose and flattened down one side. Kennedy suffers a massive, outward, explosive exit wound at the right temple inconsistent with a shot from the front or knoll. No bullets or fragments were ever found that didn't match to Oswald's rifle. Connally's said the shots all came from behind. Witnesses under the window said the shots all came from above. Anybody firing from behind the knoll fence would have been visible to several witnesses. Nobody would ever assume they would frame this on a lone shooter while firing from multiple directions. Autopsy shows the shots come from behind. Parkland doctors looked at the autopsy photos for NOVA in 1988 and had no particular problem with them. Oswald was the only employee *inside* the building to immediately flee. Oswald took evasive action to get to his other gun. Oswald ignored his cab driver and landlady when they spoke to him. A long and steady chain of witnesses (nearly a dozen ID'd him) demonstrate Oswald shooting Officer Tippit, fleeing, reloading, exchanging words with one, trying to hide from passing police, and ducking into the theater. Oswald was caught red-handed trying to shoot a cop. Oswald fought so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. Oswald, in custody asked if "they burn for murder," and when this was affirmed to him, he responded to police, "Well, they say it just takes a second to die." Bullets from Tippit's body were matched to Oswald's revolver. Oswald owned that revolver. Oswald was carrying that revolver. Oswald tried to use that revolver on Officer MacDonald. Oswald lied to police. Oswald refused to cooperate with investigators. Oswald slept like a baby in his cell. There is no evidence Oswald tried to blow any plot to one single cop. Oswald refused help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association pending whether he could get his first choice, a lawyer he'd never met living in another state who specialized in left-wing causes. Oswald acted so smug and placid when his family visited he even convinced his own brother he was guilty. Oswald, asked point blank on live TV if he shot Kennedy, shows no particular surprise, no horror, no outrage, doesn't scream a tearful denial, doesn't panic, doesn't beg protection for his family, doesn't make the slightest attempt to blurt out anything about any conspiracy, and instead just shrugs a hollow, rambling reply that all but dodges the question....

Oliver later hilariously lied that she had never made this claim in the first place, though she's on video tape doing just that. c) Her film was stolen from her by FBI agent Regis Kennedy. Kennedy was in New Orleans at the time she claimed this happened. d) She was introduced in Ruby's club by Ruby to his friend "Lee Oswald of the CIA." Yes, CIA operatives are always going around blowing their cover to strangers. e) Oliver's friend Janet Conforto witnessed the above incident and confirmed it to newspapers. No newspapers carry such story and Conforto explicitly denied it. f) Oliver saw David Ferrie at the club so often she thought he worked there. Nobody else ever did; Ferrie lived in New Orleans. g) Oliver saw "Raoul," the mystery man in the Martin Luther King assassination, at the club. There is no evidence "Raoul" ever existed; he appears to be a figment of James Earl Ray's imagination. Etc.

The driver shot JFK !!!!!!
@aaronz7056
@aaronz7056 Год назад
That's brilliant: Agent Greer, knowing he was surrounded by witnesses and at least two people pointing cameras right at him, turned around into the faces of a carful of passengers inches from him, pulled out his gun, and shot Kennedy in the face....

The driver was clearly in the know, but no Gerard, he didn't shoot the President.
@aaronz7056

@@TryTheBLT There is no evidence he was "clearly in the know." Zero. How the heck does some conspiracy safely approach one of Kennedy's own senior Secret Service men and successfully ask them "Hey, you want to help us assassinate your own boss for no gain to yourself whatsoever. Then stay loyal to this treason as long as you live?"

The Bush connections are tenuous at best. He had CIA connections as early as the 1960s, but he wasn't involved in the actual assassination planning and execution. Anyone living in Texas at the time who had money, oil connections, or any position of power knew that Oswald was a patsy. They were even passing around autopsy photos to show their friends. JFK pissed off way too many people.

Fletcher Prouty's claims: a) 112th Military Intelligence Group ordered to "stand down..." Flatly contradicted by sworn HSCA testimony of Group's C.O., and Group in fact provided extra men to assist Secret Service in Dallas. b) open windows in Dealey Plaza prove conspiracy... Kennedy was filmed several times riding in open parades in other cities surrounded by open windows all over the place c) 3 assassin teams in plaza firing 3 times from multiple directions... Most witnesses heard but 3 shots total. d) one of the assassins would have been firing blanks... Any professional gunman would have immediately known if he was firing blanks. e) Kennedy shot in the neck with poison dart... f) Princess Diana assassinated by "Secret Team".... g) Roosevelt poisoned at behest of Churchill... h) Korean airlines flight 007, which the Soviets openly admitted to shooting down in 1983, was actually brought down by bomb planted aboard by CIA... i) UFO's are real...

From time to time you have a few good points to make Aaron, but your overall thesis is terribly flawed. The evidence for conspiracy is so clear and overwhelmingly abundant by the year 2023 that the only informed people doubting it now are disinformation agents, the willingly ignorant, or those who want to be different to seem like they know what they're talking about.

@@JfK--OBJECTivE a) You didn't say one single word addressing, much less disputing, any of Prouty's crackpot and demonstrable lies I listed above. b) The doctors, who didn't once turn Kennedy's body over and were not conducting an autopsy, are plainly seen at their first press conference speculating wildly about the wounds, unable to conjecture about numbers, trajectories, etc., and they had no particular problem with the autopsy photos when they examined them on NOVA.

@@BlueStar1124 There's ALWAYS a percentage of people like that. They'll attack whatever people believe that runs counter to what the hive says is true. It's sport to these sociopaths. Same types who said Galileo and Copernicus were nutjobs. Even the government finally admitted that there was probably a conspiracy, but since you don't have the luxury of dealing with them face to face, the 'net gives them the luxury of being anonymous and sniping to get a rise out of people.
