Not stayed in one but they are very reminiscent of the type of living huts that used to be towed around the mainland behind Steam rollers on road construction projects

Visited Guernsey back in 2003 to do family research at the Priaulx Library and to see the "family" home on La Grange (has 2 lion statues above the front door -- you drove by it on the video going to the airport). While there, I was driven around the island and taken to the Beaucette Marina. If I am not mistaken, it was originally a stone quarry that started to seep sea water. The owners called upon the Royal Engineers to blow a simple hole in the wall to flood the quarry but it turned out to be much more difficult and ended up costing a small fortune to complete. At low tide, boats drawing a certain depth of water cannot enter or exit the marina due to the rocks still present at the entrance. Enjoy your videos.

You could misplace a Honda in those pot holes. All those greenhouses not growing anything, broken windows, how sad, I can remember flying in to Guernsey and the sun shining on the glass and every one of them was full of either flowers or tomatoes, what a shame it is not still the same.

Ross at time stamp 15:57 you can see a bunch of trees raised on the LHS , if you walk there someone has decorated all the trees with fairy doors and other stuff, looks brilliant, my young daughter loves the place.

Stay here every year with the camper van, excellent facilities and great location.
