Hi, im looking to buy one of those obd splitter cables. Because i think it will be very handy for tuning/logging. Have you used the splitter while flashing? Im worried about having a splitter connected with a different dongle Lets say vcds and it causing trouble with the flashing process. Any thought on this?
Hi bud, I wouldnt recommend using the lead for flashing/logging, you would be better off with a 1m extension obd lead and just swapping on that, you can only have 1 program communicating with the car at once, and the last thing you want is the software dropping out when flashing. This type of lead is best used for canbus sniffing etc
