BFME2 1.09 HD - War of the Ring - Good vs. Evil [#3] 

My suggestion: -Men Helms deep -Dwarfs Iron Hills -Elves Rivendel -Mordor Mordor -Isengard Isengard -Goblins/Angmar Carn Dum (its a fortress near Angmar) They all start with a fortress capital exept mordor and the dwarfs, the elves and goblins will compete for the west lands, man and isengard will skirmish each other, the dwarfs have the biggest potential with a lot of territories and no early competition, mordor also has room to expand , no early competition and 2 strong fortress maps, however they do posses a slow start in mordor.. maybe you want mordor to be the brutal ai or change the capital to mount doom. of course they dont have to be the races i mentioned but I find this setup the best.

You should do a ROTWK, war of the ring and its you as angmar, vs everyone else nice challenge

Are Elven Warriors still better swordsman then Gondor soldiers, like in bfme1?

You can split your armies so any hero you build in a real time battle you can split the army on the tactical map so you can still have the heroes seperate

Hard is so easy, but Brutal is so hard :P still cool watching you

You shouldn't do the whole 'lose if the capital is taken', as the AI don't prioritise captial defence especially.

If you give your troops upgrades and they survive arent they permanent?

you should've taken mordor with Aragorn! you can get to it via the harad

I had same problem with difficulty like you have D. In Age of Empires 3 AI was too easy for me on Hard difficulty and too hard for me on Hardest difficulty. I eventually gave up from that game because of it.

More please, and do what you find enjoyable I suggest mixing up the Ai difficulty

What happened to the fortress ground?

what mod/thing do you use when moving troops in battles and that white arrow and line shows up for like positioning and stuff :D

The problems is your to focused on upgraded units which are garbage in war of the ring early game. You need to out spam the enemy, this is what I find to be the best way to deal with brutal, the only one it doesn’t do well against is ironically easy. As easy likes to be turtles For the cost up upgrading your archery range and getting a single ranger unit you can pop out 3 archer units.

how is your game so smooth and no lagg if i play my game from your tutorials i have like 20 fps and stutter like hell is there a way to get fps likes yours

Mixing up the Ai diff is a stupid idea imo. The hard will be eliminated quick and the brutal will dominate. Maybe play with and against brutal with 5/10/15% handicap if you feel like you need it.

pls always leave archers in places like minas morgul and your capital.

I beat 3 brutal by myself All 3 of them were in a team
