BGC is somewhat similar to New York but less crowded and cleaner. I don’t see a lot of taxis (yelllow cabs in NY) Filipinos finally experienced what’s like in the USA
4:17 when a mother push a baby stroller on the street, then I know the city is safe, pedestrian walkway is good and motorist behave. That is the character of a good quality city with discipline citizen. 9:03 ohh what a sweet gay couple 😍 love them 🏳️🌈
About BGC : It was used to be part of the camp of the same name which is the general headquarters of the Philippine Army. It was sold to Real Estate investors as a joint venture project with the Government's BCDA (which mandates to convert former military bases into a socioeconomic site) under the Philippines 2000 agenda of the late Fidel V. Ramos (President from 1992 to 1998). It was temporarily halted when the Asian Financial Crisis hit the country in 1997 but resumed during the administration of Joseph Estrada (Ramos' successor) despite his ouster in 2001 as it was further developed by his succesor former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo who turns out to be an economist. BGC will be fully developed either during or after the term of the current President Bongbong Marcos (FVR's second degree nephew as he was the cousin of the father Former President Ferdinand Sr. but turned on the latter during the 1986 People Power Revolution)
Thanks for sharing.. and I may add that the former camp was named after the great hero in Andres Bonifacio, the Father of Philippine Revolution. His birth is celebrated on November 30.
