I feel in peace shopping in Philippine Malls. It’s safe and convenient. All the guards are nice you can ask for directions and etc. Don’t get too intimidated with their presence. Security guards are friendly
I wasnin Venice in Oct last yr. This mall is beautiful. Its got the Venice feel for sure. But Venice is still very unique i would say. Cant compare the beauty of these two places.
of course Venice is always beautiful that is given, from that they want to bring it here just a feel of it, I've been to Macau and entered the Venetian Hotel wherein they have also this canal, but it seems the one here in thr Phil is a little bit longer and open space, I don't know because I haven't been there 😂 in Macau, artificial sky and more gambling space
I’ve been to Venice, Italy 🇮🇹 !!! Venice , Italy is “AUTHENTIC AND A REAL BEAUTY BECAUSE OF ITS MANY MANY CENTURIES OLD HISTORY !!! From the canal you can easily walk to the famous ST MARK BASILICA or SAN MARCO which dates back in the 9th century …. now ABOUT 1,100 YEARS OLD … HONESTLY, THE HISTORY AND THE ARCHITECTURE IN ITALY IS OF GREAT INTEREST TO ME …. IT AMAZES ME WITH SO MANY FOND MEMORIES!!! Italians lives in those old buildings around the canal in Venice … I love Italy 🙂
Security personnel encounters are unpredictable😂 It differs from person to person. It just happens that you came across with a too strict officer on duty. Even here in Italy whenever I renew my documents. There are times that the person on duty is too fussy and scrutinize everything while others will just take a glance on it and you are good to go.
They always bring me to VENICE GRAND CANAL everytime I go on vacation in Manila. I been there few times but never explored everything, I never knew they have grocery store there and a food court, we ate on one of the restaurant facing the canal. Thank you very much for sharing.
3:46 I’ve wondered how malls survive without people buying anything except roam around and walk the air conditioned malls - then it occurred to me, while you don’t need to buy expensive shoes or jewelry or clothing, on any given day, you require the basic human need especially in the Philippines: Good food and drinks. That’s how malls survive and get revenue. How many times does one see people line up in a jewelry, clothing or computer stores in malls? Nope. But they line up to buy food 🍱 and drinks. 🍹. This could be a reason as to why there are mostly restaurants than any type of stores.

They build venice mall actually for filipinos who cannot afford to go outside the country. Aside from venice mall we also have other inspired tourist attraction for local filipinos like santorini of greece in santiago, ilocos sur, the castle of leah in cebu inspired from greek architectures and statues.

I’ve not been to that mall where there is a Canal “looks like Venice especially the facade … that part w/c encloses the canal and the railings, that architectural arch design is really pretty!!! it is a unique and beautiful mall ….thanks for sharing .. watching from Canada 🇨🇦 🇵🇭
Wow i dont that they have a food court and grocery there. About filming, its not allowed to film in certain areas such as banks, financial establishments, currency exchanger and other clasified areas for obvious reason. You dont want to feed info to criminal groups.

Yeah.. i was there in Philippines years ago.. the Venice area of the Philippines is located in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in Taguig City close to Makati City also part of Metro Manila area.. it's so beautiful, it will make you feel you're in Italian city.. Go check it out once you visit Philippines..

I loooove love love that Mall so much. The Venice Grand Canal Mall always have the greatest surprises. I visited it a lot of times. They even events that are done last time, they also commemorated the Thanksgiving Day and had a Balloon Parade. Really tremendously beautiful. I got jewelry haul there one time, quite a bargain though and it was a very beautiful golden cross, very beautiful, never tarnished nor break wd anything you do wd it, really worth taking the miles😉 I fell in love with this mall. If you visit night time there are beautiful bright lights all over the place... So romantic and singers actually sing alongside the canal at night as well. Makes you wanna fall in love although I don't really have a partner hahaha lol. But Life is just how we live it. Viva la Vida La loca!!! ❤
Most develop countries they used cctv to monitor & for security but in the Philippines they used both cctv & security guards for monitoring & security! The place considered high class in the Philippines if security guards are visible , it’s a culture thing I think!

My mga civilian guard ( hindi cila naka uniform) po sa bawat malls at uniform guard ** at paligid ng mga cctv ang mga malls dito sa philippines ( yan po ang mga malls sa philippines)

I think there are only certain areas in the mall that prohibits vlogging...but in totally philippines or filipinos are very open about vloggers doing vlogs here but there are some establishment or govt institution that dont allow vloggers...just few only ...but vloggers here have more freedom in vlogging cos pinoys love to face on cameras....
Don’t be afraid of the security guard they are friendly esp to foreigners!! I feel a bit uncomfortable hearing your experience at being stop by a woman at the mall .. Hhmmm I don’t understand it myself but don’t be discouraged maybe and I hope it’s just an isolated incident… enjoy your stay !!!
