I am currently reading this book sir. Finished 5 rules. Very lucid English is used. This book is totally inspiring. The 1st rule I.e. Health should always be your first priority is the best rule. After becoming a banker I was living a sedentary lifestyle with lots of dietary sins. But when covid arrived my lifestyle changed. I started giving my top priority to my passion. Wake up early in the morning to live my passion. After that I do my profession. Have dinner before 7 pm, sleep at 10 pm. Pratham sukh nirogi kaya, dwitya sukh maya - this mantra I follows. All the 11 rules are perfect. We must follow these rules to have a disease free, adventurous and wonderful life. Great work Chetan sir

When I started to read this book. I feel quite lethargic. But when I came across the character viraj Shukla. Believe me I read this novel and felt like this was my story. Before COVID. I also worked as a swiggy delivery boy, and my weight was 95 kg which was 30 kg more than my ideal weight. I also completed my post graduation. But thank you so much #chetansir your slapped serie awakened me and I came in the right path. Today I am a nutritionist and do my job in R&D department of a state university.
