6 years unproductive years in ssc and upsc. i m 27 yrs old. i was sitting at home at father's pension. Now I started job in private sector since November 2021. salary is 17k/month. i know salary is low. but u and shwetabh gangawar's videos has impacted my life.
Hi Chetan, I recently started watching your videos. I live in NZ & have been here since last 4 years. I am in my mid 30's. All my life I was in India. When I migrated to NZ life threw a lot of curve balls at me. I was in & out of depression, rumination but survived because of my constant resilience & listening to my inner voice & working very hard on myself both physically, going to gym & emotionally/physiologically.. Everything that you preach in your vidoes is 200% accurate & sane knowledge & I get so much validation & motivation from them. Yes I want to tell everyone who is reading this comment that your videos have kept me going on days where I fall in the trap of self-doubt, pity etc. but one thing is for sure for everyone who is listening to Chetan/ or reading this comment, you gotta help yourself first & pick yourself from however shitty situation/ circumstance you are in or been victim to. We all humans are in billions & no 2 lifes are the same & learn to live with the fact that even if you are the most celebrated personality, at then end of the day you are just a being with limited time & energy. So make the most of it really. Life can be fascinating if you find a little purpose & keep challenging yoursdelf every single day & be humble about it.
Most important reason is missing. Wrong career path with limited scope is chosen where growth is pretty low / average. When mistake is understood at that point too much time has already passed so can't reverse the things. Skills not properly channelized to growing field with higher scope.
All the best my young friend. I cracked JEE in 92 and just visited IITB for silver jubilee reunion of passing out batch of 1996. The best year of my life was the one year I prepped for JEE with no coaching institute but with correspondence course. Just keep enjoying solving problems. Learn new tricks and start appreciating the beauty of the problems. Never worry about result. You will get it.
I spend most of my life in a comfort zone, although the financial condition of my family was much worse. I just didn't care about the struggle that my family is doing for me. But I started to felt kind a regret from inside, which is forcing me to change my habit. Thank you sir for giving me a sweet motivation. I'm a huge fan of your books. Love from NEPALLLLLLL
Just because of you sir , I controlled my social media addiction and now i got one more task from you by watching this video . I can do it and i am going to do it . Huge respect for you ❤.
Sir i am just not able to figure out what to do in my career. I am jobless. I do not have any company. I am struggling big time'. How to do well . Advice would be helpful
MINDSET DETERMINES EVERYTHING Reasons 1 Truth avoidance....escaping from reality...not ready to accept our mistakes 2 Habit of laziness 3 Unwillingness to change 4 Wrong company 5 Being trapped in comfort zone....getting settled for lesser These factors r not dependent on talent nd academics....so if u can work on these nd change ur mindset....u will do well in life!!!
Just want to thank Chetan sir for existing in this community and for giving advice and sharing wisdom like a big brother. Very much grateful for your presence sir. I know, views matter a lot for a content creator and I know you don't get much views on the type of content that you are creating because people don't like to see this type of eye opening content. But still you upload videos consistently for your audience..Very much grateful to have you in our lives sir ❤️
@@ChetanBhagat1 Sir Plz Do Another Live Stream With Shwetabh Gangwar Kaafi Mann Hai Phirse Aap Dono Ko Dekhne Ka Kyunki Literally Philosopher Persona Dikhai Dera Tha.
@@ChetanBhagat1 sir mera experience ye kehta hai log sirf aur sirf ek cheez ki wajah se aage ya piche reh jaate hein auur wo hai "UNDERSTANDING" or "SAMAJ"......jinko life seekhati hai wo late ho jaate hein aur jinke parents seekha dete hein wo kamyab ho jate hein...aur jinki wrong understanding hoti hai kisi b reason ki waja se wo hi nuksan khate hein....but "DUM" sab mein hota hai pr samaj ki waja se maar khaa jate hein
In one of your videos you said "no one ever feels bad after a gym session" and frankly meine is baat ko ratta maar liya hai and even yesterday when i wanted to skip my Yoga class as i was feeling low - i reminded myself this line of yours and went for the class - The lives you are touching is far more than the views and likes you get on social media - and all i have to say is a BIG THANK YOU.
My learnings from Chetan Sir-- 1. Journaling and daily self analysis 2. Digital detox and social media boycott except YT 3. Youth is gold, so as 22 I give myself utmost importance 4. Avoid people's opinion and care of them 5. Good friends only 3-4 at Max 6. Limited entertainment is boon 7. Prioritise health, I mended eating habits 8. Big goal is ultimate dissected into small goals. 9. Family is important but self growth panacea 10. I avoiding charm of celebrities because I wanna self creator myself. Thanks sir 🙏🔥
I am preparing for UPSC , I don't use facebook , whatsapp . I am using youtube for current affairs lecture , and sometimes you motivate me for some extra efforts. Anytime when I realise , then push my self from bed to table for study . Keep motivating Sir 🌼🌼
The best thing about Chtean sir is that everyone can relate to him..I am 16 year old but still very much learn from him. His style of communicating is easy and simple to understand. I learnt to grow daily in life and be 1% better from him. Thank you sir !
@@ravimishra5745 hey nice to know about this. Would like to know what are you trying to do better or changing in yourself after watching his videos, as you already are already successful because you bare a doctor. PS- I am preparing for government job exams. I am trying to stop being lazy and yes trying to break out of comfort zone.
I agree Sir . I will face truth. I will overcome laziness. I will change my mind set. I will cut down wrong company. I will go beyond comfort zone. I will definitely change my mind set and it will change my life. Thank you sir and happy new year. ❤
Thank you so much sir as right i felt destracted before watching your videos ...and i actually feel that these whole 8months waste a lot just because chasing somebody but when yt recommend me this video when i watched it carefully then i realise how bad things ...as well waste my whole time but right i am really much clear about myself ...😊 ..thank you so much ...its really help me a lot
What I learnt from this video. It helps you also who view this comment. 1) Accept If you did wrong with you. "SACH KA SAMNA". 2) Laziness 3) Update yourself in life ,Do something to be better Person 4) Choose friends Carefully-It means your company affect on your life. 5) Don't settle in your comfort zone. Give dare to yourself so you can come out from comfort zone. Thank you sir.
1. Target must be known. 2. Distractions should be avoided. 3. 99% time मन मार के करना होगा(procrastination) 4. There always someone to blame (i am not successful because___) 5. God will help me / someone will help me. There are the reason why people are not successful.
There are few things which determine your life success or lack thereof - IQ, Attractiveness, Family Resources, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Health and Agreeableness. Most of these have a high degree of heritability. Life is just a roll of the dice.
I also want to ask that due to college closed I am at my home so it very difficult to concentrate my mind, while studying the happening go round and round in my mind just spoiling my crucial time. Please give some advise 🙏🙏 on ' HOW TO BE CUTOFF FROM HOME BEING IN THE HOME,SO THAT MY THINKING DOESNT GO BEYOND' I AM PREPARING FOR COMPETITIVE EXAM BY THE WAY
Yes, I totally agree.. But I would like to add my personal reason. I was very brilliant student during school. As I grew up my dad (who was a hero for his daughter) started to show imperfections within me in a very toxic manner. Puberty hit me n My self confidence went to 0. I really have severe issues with my dad. I love him a lot n I can't even tell him what he did was wrong.
I have a 1 year old daughter and I m going to raise her with utmost care. I will make her mentally strong. Talk to your father and he will be back to your old papa
Sir first of all thank you so much that you have motivated me a lot and I'll definitely work on myself to change myself but also the thing I want to tell you is that I have a toxic relative who is elder brother of my father (bade papa) he is very narrow minded as he is an advocate he controlls whole family like puppets he just want to make everything according to him like specially I'm a girl and he Everytime comes to our home with such a bullshit vibe that I can't resist him he's so negative and treats me, my siblings and mom like a servant and tells my Father to scold us for any stupid reason like not wearing shorts even at home , cleaning the house regularly, not to support me in my education and fulfilling basic necessities like proper house, clothes, furniture at house and so much more and not only him but my all paternal relatives are worst they all have worst thinking for girls...sir please share a link if have already made a video on it or please make one i really need one😢❤🙏
what i had learnt for you :- 1.make a healthy food habits. 2.stop wasting time on unworthy stuff. 3.first get educated and then work upon your skill. 4.make money and live a healthy & wealthy life. 5.don't be a chamanlal (my fav one)
Yes sir i totally agree with you My weight is 75 kg and BMI is 27.2.I tried many times to loose my weight do great in my career but because of laziness and comfort zone I have never maintained consistency and every time I got failed. But not this time I am promising to you and also to me that I will change myself. I will study hard and do yoga exercise to loose weight.
Here, take my energy bro! ⚡⚡ I dont even know you but you took time to comment here about your journey and shared with us which proves that you are willing. And I respect that 🙏

Hello Sir ! Every single word you said is hardcore relatable... I'm going through the same phase of life . Just laying on couch and found your video . You made me realize !!! where i got frozen some between like what's wrong with me ? Thankyou sir !
sir most of the things that u told were little bit there in the mind but today u note them all at once there r some method I do to avoid these things like when I study i try to be little uncomfortable becs if jada padhna hai toh kuch der bad nind aa jaigi so maybe thodi garmi me kabhi ya ghum ghum ke padhna next to build mindset one of the best thing i found out is yoga i have my yoga class with a certified teacher she take care of my focus and stress levels and ofcourse meditation next bad company fortunately its a good thing that i didn't get comfortable with faltu people if he or she is a loser in study or towards his life then he has to attend my lectures daily then a usual frd talkss i recently blocked one frd of mine he was v supportive but aimless guy and so i nevered respected him next acceptance good that I'm a x iit home student(temple of learning) his founder nisha khothari sent so much of time in our personalities than results ACCEPT RESPECT MOVE ON still learning to sort out things i just fell like sharing this on this platform thank u
Yes sir I have started my upsc CAPF AC preparation..without any excuse ...no gf no porn no bakbas daily workout...spent time with family ...save money...i will try to be regular 😊.. thank you Chetan sir...
Aapne hamare dimag ko dahi bolkar achha nhi kiya h.... Hum iska badla zarur lenge🤣🤣 or aapne hame jungli bhi bola hai... Hum ye bardasht nhi kar sakte🤣🤣
Sir, I think you are absolutely right. But I want to add one more point that: if you want to do hard work and try to get success, if your mentors guide you in a wrong way whom you trust you the most ,will also deprive you to achieve your goals... Sir pls reply me if I am correct or not🙂
Aapki videos dekh k.. My perspective about myself has changed.. I started working on my health, career and family.. All thanks to u sir.. Really grateful to for this❤.
Sir It is a great video, i likee each and every statement of the video. I thing that really bothered me is that video title is a question and not a statement. Question mark is missing
Sir I picked up your 400 days I completed it in 10 hrs Was shocked never devoted that amount of time in Reading Loved your book 🥰 Waiting for another great book
One thing I would like to add, since you said most of your viewers are still studying in college. This is the only time probably when you will have outcomes in your control, meaning you will only have to change things that are directly in your control, e,g studying harder and effectively. Success now will set you up well and things will be relatively easier later on in life. Effort now will pay disproportionate dividends later. As you get out of college your success will depend on many external factors, how you influence others, how others perceive you. Those things are way harder than changing yourself. Now is the time to act.
I have been in my comfort zone for last 5-6 months and felt guilty about it unconsciously, now I know why. Thank you for your analysis, this is helpful 👍
Yes, your videos are very helpful. For example I have started giving importance to 3 things in life as you shared in your videos - Excellence in career, Health and relationships. I have also shared this with you at Bangalore airport, where I met with you.
Agreed on all factor. Benefits from your video to me : 1 Faticher life jina bandh Kari de 2 Focused on goal 3 Aacha track bana reh ta he 4 Hard-work kar ne chah bdh ti he ✨✨ Thanks a lot
I became ur fan the day I read 5 point some one in 2005. When my engineer friend and my roommate recommended me to read it. That was the first book I ever read in my lifetime. And coming to present day. Internet can be boon or curse it depends how you utilise it. Watching item no or listening to successfull people stories and thier struggle and experience. That’s what make you and breaks you.
I completely agree sir . I would like to get one point- People are often afraid that if they do something unconventional then they might fail and lose everything , so they follow the rat race in which majority people are trapped. Great video! Thanks a lot!
Sahi kaha.. Whenever I try to focus on doing something unconventional, Govt job ki preparation dimaag mein aa jaati hai. I dont want to prepare for it nor do I want to do a routine job. But itni saari conditioning ho rakhi hai woh break karna hi mushkil hoti hai.
Sir you have covered all the important points which hinder a person’s growth mindset but one more thing I want to add is comparison with pears and relatives , the constant pressure burden and the frustrations which comes with it .One more thing which hinder some people though its declining now is “ log kya kahenge”. Thank you once again sir for the motivating words of wisdom 🙏🏻
Sir how to handle 1. not understanding and toxic parents 2. Egoistic 3. Thinks that you should respect them but the same they might not do I’m currently preparing for a competitive exam and it’s only 1 month left. Aiming so I could get into IIT or any college outside my city so I can go away from them. Sir I’m not an immature teenager, I’m 21 and still feel the same. I’m worried what if I don’t clear my exam, it’s so difficult to study while bottling up so much inside
I am in final year of my graduation... I came to know you in my 6th or 7th class through a G.K book but never thought that would listen u like this....Lots of respect from the bottom of my heart... Thankyou Chetan Sir!
I am 25 yo now. , When i was 23 i changed my field and started trading in Stockmarket. It's been 2 years and still i am struggling , but i know i will be a pro trader in coming years. I stopped watching porn and movies for last 1 year. I just focused on trading nothing else , starred reading books , meditation and running in morning 🙏
I complete all my task ✅reading book(its like food for my mind) ✅learning new lang ✅martial Arts ✅job ✅content writing ✅helping mom Consistent in everything still feel like somethimg is missing then I remember Chetan's point he mentioned bear with your boredom. Bore hona bhi ek part hai life ka ❤
It's because of Law of averages.. 95% of the people will be mediocre n less than that only... And Dopamine control nhi hota unhe... Writing this before watching the video that's my knowledge about this topic... Anyways let me watch it now.. ❤️
As you asked if your videos bring any change , I am very happy to tell you that I am now an IITian because of you...well obviously not just because of you but your videos definitely helped. If you remember , I had put a comment some months ago (to ask you to give method or solution instead of stating the problem only) and you took it and applied in your videos (even gave the comment a heart!). Happy to have someone like you helping us!
Sir you change my life now i working on all three pillar first health then career after that relationships.. I never skip any video of you Keep going sir😊🙏
Completely agree. I would like to add one more point. That is fear. 1. Fear of what people will say, 2. Fear of failure 3. Fear of struggle. Etc... stop people from achieving their full potential.
My father is no more its been more then a decade ,and I feel like Chetan sir on behalf of my father is now lecturing his daughter to do well because she is not doing anything good till now and this is what she needs to hear The bitter truth.
