Ghee + Mirchi + laung + kali mirch + jeera + kadi patta + roast few min + tamatar + salt + roadt few min + (paste of dhani + lal mirch + dhania + jeera ) + roast for few min + ( boiled mashed aalo or paneer slices ) + add water + rosdt for 10 min + garam masala + kasuri methi+ dhania leaves + roast for few mins
She took some boiled potatoes. Then took a frying pan and added some oil. Then added some bay leaf, cloves, cumin seeds, black pepper. Add chopped tomato. Then in an other bowl added turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilly powder and and some water and mix well. Then poured this mixture to the tomato. Added salt. Put the lid on the frying pan. Then waited for 1-2 min till the tomatoes melt. Then added the potatoes and water. Then waited till it got mixed properly. Then added garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and it's done😊
