@anamikak1315 Hi Anamika. Sorry for the late response. I made a few changes to the recipe, and it turned out to be extremely delicious... Slit the eggplant from 4 sides and keep in water for 10 mins. Fill it with chaat masala In a pot, add 4 tbsp oil 1 tsp zeera 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 medium onion 1 tsp salt Mix well In another pan, fry the eggplant and roast until brown by rotating. Add 3-4 green chillies for taste and aroma. Turn off the flame. In the main pot, after salt, add 2 tbsp coriander powder 2 tbsp zeera powder 1 tsp red chilli flakes Mix well 2 tomatoes 1 tsp chaat masala Lemon juice (amchur alternative) 1/4 tsp garam masala Add little water in masala Mix well Add the fried eggplant in the masala Mix well Add water if needed for more gravy 1 tbsp kasoori methi Cook on low flame for 10-12 mins until eggplant is tender. Isiliye hmesha ghar pe bana hua khana chahiye baingan… ghar pe hm dekh ke saaf krke khate hn… es recipe mein bhi cuts isiliye lagaye the so that i can know if all is good to go to be cooked. ☺️
Hi Kriti, moti tali wala bartan use krein banane ke liye, patle bartan mein sabji pakne se phle aksar jalne lag jati h .. ache se cover krein josme steam bahar na nikle.. toh aram se gal jayenge ye baigan… agr fir bhi dikkat ho, toh thoda sa oil extra dal lo ya thoda pani daal lo
