Kindly reply some of below queries - 1) How many days it takes to do the mutation? 2) Will get any receipt from government about the confirmation of mutation? 3) Other than mutation is there any other government approved documents from which anyone come to know about the ownership of any particular land? As I am buying one land in UP & owner telling it will take 30 days to do the mutation & later he said now a days mutation stopped by government.
1. Yes. It takes about 30 days after mutation for public records (khasra & khatauni details) to show new owner's name. 2. Yes. You'll get an acknowledgement receipt. 3. You can get a copy of previous sale deed from Sub-Registrar's office. You can also check registration number of sale deed that the current owner has. Hope it clarifies.

I’m buying a plot from a big land in Lucknow, UP. The owner name is showing in remark but not as Khatedar Name, even though the registry is done in his name. And even agent is saying that my name will also reflect in the remark. Is this case true?

If an owner shows us a piece of land and tells us the khasra number...how do we identify by khasra number that the piece of land seen on ground matches that khasra number. Is there some map or geo-coordinates available ?

Sir chakbandi ya bandobast ke bad naksha kha kha verify hota h hum bhunaksha ko tahsil ke alawa kis kis jagah se find kr skte h ( U.P). Sir bhunaksha online nhi ho aur nhi tahsil m uplabd ho tb kha se prapt kre.
