I see more than a thousand people dancing and having fun. But there are no cops around. Why!. Sukumas are peaceful people. They work hard in mines, factories and on the farm during the week and enjoy fruit of their sweat on weekends. They do not need guns. That is the role of Tanzania military to protect citizens; not for people in the streets or villages.
