The builder also has the idea of it but IT land is cheapest in Noida due to which builders show the cheap options to the customer by cutting small office space so that their property gets sold quickly and the customer whose budget is 20 to 25 lakhs, they can easily Get caught up in their marketing.

It takes decades to develop an area. Some people have very negative thinking. They never bother to go on the site of developing projects. No research is done. No interviews are taken either of developers or investors. Neither any attempt is done to take viewpoint of authority officials. Having prejudice against developers one sided and biased videos are created in merely seven to ten minutes and uploaded on RU-vid only to confuse the investors.
